The only reason why you stay here is convenience ....its in the airport. My issue was that after a delayed flight which had us checking in at 3am , it took 20 minutes for us to check in ..... the front desk staff seemed to have computer issues and the delay was unnecessary especially at 3AM .... we did get free breakfast as compensation but as a Marriott […] it seems like you need to get the check in process more efficient especially since the reservation was booked months ahead of my arrival. unnecessary. The breakfast staff @ 7am was friendly and efficient unlike the check in staff at 3am.Rooms are basic and over priced but your paying for being right in the hotel. Request a room close to the center of hotel and air train for some of the rooms are 5-10 min walk from the lobby .... also if delayed upon check in , request free breakfast which I beleive is $20 a person for the buffet Read more

We chose to stay at this hotel because we had an early flight out the next morning, and it was the only on-site hotel. The subway that connects all of the terminals also stops below the hotel, so it is very simple to use the subway from the hotel. Checking in and out went smoothly, as more staff came to the check-in counter when the line grew to 4 groups. The only negative comment is the elevators. Despite being only 3 stories high, the elevators (there are 4) seem to run quite slowly, and then require you to use your key to access your floor; this was difficult with crowded elevators and hands full of luggage. In addition, the reminder to use your key in the elevator is constant, and thus annoying. But other than that, the hotel served our purposes well. Read more

Room was very basic. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very comfortable and clean. I did love that the bed had multiple pillows! For some reason there was a rollaway bed in the room but it was late when I checked in and I was leaving early in the morning so it wasn't an issue. If you arrive after midnight the shuttle seems to shut down, making it a bit of a walk but convenient nonetheless. There are multiple towers which could result in more walking with luggage still.

Great location to start a trip to Houston. This hotel is a short train ride on the airport terminal train. One stop away from termininal C, you will hop on an elevator to the front desk moments from leaving the airport. Clean, bright and efficient. My husband recommended this hotel for the convenience of being right at Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport. It is an older hotel but has been nicely remodeled. Service was excellent. All hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. When I arrived, I got my off site parking service to drop me at the street level of the hotel, which was on a different […] floor from the lobby. Escalators to the lobby were under repair, so a maintenance worker for the hotel offered to take me in the service elevator to the correct floor, since I had two very large bags. Being able to take the underground train from the hotel to the airport terminals was a life saver for me. Food in the hotel restaurants was very good. I had originally booked the hotel for one night but ended up staying three nights because my connecting flight was delayed. The hotel even shuttled me to the airport terminal when I had to leave at 12:30 am (the train to the terminals is closed from midnight to 3:30 am). During my stay, I used the guest laundry twice (washers and dryers were free, but you need your own detergent). Also, the exercise room was huge and well equipped. Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean and bathrooms were well lit. If I ever need to take an early flight again, this will definitely be my hotel of choice. Read more

We were disappointed because of the fact that we made the reservation for 2 adults and 2 children and they gave us a room with ONLY 1 BED! They struggled to give us a room with 2 beds and then couldn't even supply a cot which was needed because the children, boy and girl, are of an inappropriate age to sleep together. The hotel blamed "hotels . com" […] for not letting them know the room was for 4 people. We blame both "hotels . com/expedia . com" for not supplying the Marriott with that info (if the hotel was telling the truth) and the Marriott for not being proactive and contacting the dot-com to find out how many people would be staying in the room. Unacceptable on both parties' parts. There were several families checking in at the same time as we were so it's not like they never get more than two people checking into a room. We will stick with "aaa . com" from now on for our hotel reservations and we will avoid Marriott because of their lack of follow-through and flexibility. The hotel, however, is very convenient for people like us who were traveling through Houston enroute to other points who are forced into a layover situation by airline scheduling problems and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. The room had neither a refrigerator nor a microwave which was disappointing in that they charge a lot per night - overpriced just like everything associated with airports nowadays. Convenience alone is why we rate this hotel a 4. If not for being right in the middle of the airport we would have rated it only a 2 or 3. Read more

only complaint...we waited for some time for the shuttle before learning, quite by chance, that there was no bus service and that we needed to take the link train on the subway level which has a stop in the Marriott Airport. Try the top floor restaurant in the hotel for a great meal.

I don't know what the direct-dial long distance phone rates are, but having just left a tiny message on an in-state answering machine for $7.00, I shouldn't have been surprised by a $75.00 charge for a long distance call to Florida where the person actually picked up! 飛行機の音が気になるかと思いきや、下階だったせいか、車の音の方が大きかったですね。施設は古いものの、レストランや売店が充実していて、便利この上ない！空港ターミナルからの移動は、地下を３分おきに走ってる、遊園地の乗り物的な無人電車が楽しい。個人的に一番の難点はベッドマットレスが柔らかかったこと。腰痛持ちにはきつかったです。

夜の到着かつ次の朝のフライトということでこのエアポートホテルを予約した。最初あてがわれた部屋は飛行機はよく見えるが車道に面していてうるさかったので静かな部屋をと希望したらすぐに替えてくれた。必要な設備は整っていてスタッフの対応もよかったが、朝食別でこの料金は市街の同等のホテルに比べてかなり割高かなという印象。まわりには空港以外何もない。時間に余裕があれば市街での宿泊をお薦めする。
