Hilton Houston - Post Oak

Hilton Post Oak is in need of an update. There was a large poster board in the lobby with some of the materials for a freshening of the lobby. That said, the room was clean and comfortable but not quiet. There were a series of events going on and other guests were pretty loud. I used my hotels.com rewards points to pay for my stay and I got an oddly […] shaped room on a low floor. I should be guaranteed a room with all the specifications i set when i book with hotels.com. Maybe the rewards program isn't all that after all. In room wifi was $10.95 a day but free in the lobby. Who's still charging for wifi? Ok, who's still charging more than $5 a day for wifi? We stayed here because it was cost efficient for a large group, great location, & it was a Hilton. Ultimately, it was a bit of a let down by the overall quality of the hotel. There was a stuffy old smell in our room and the drapes were torn. The bathroom was very outdated and just didn't seem to be very clean. We went down to the hotel restaurant around […] 9pm on a Friday night and were told that they were closed. We asked the front desk about it being closed and their response was when they aren't that busy which is usually most of the summer they just close down early. Overall, i wouldn't stay here again. Hotel location was great. The hotel let us check in at 1pm as we had just arrived into town. We used the valet service for our car and worth the $25 bucks a day! The car was out front and waiting when we needed it. I called down for 3 more towels and they were at my door within 10 minutes of calling. I will absolutely stay here again! Two of the four elevators were inoperable the entire weekend. To make matters worse, there was a beauty pageant on the same weekend I visited, and the girls held the elevators captive! We were unable to use the staris because of the alarm.

Excelente estrutura, mas pra so te oferecem isto... O restante vc paga e caro. Achei um absurdo pagar U$10 pra imprimir 4 folhas preto e branco. Mais U$10 por dia de wifi... Ainda mais pra mim, que saia cedo e voltava so pra dormir, nao valeu a pena
