Disney's BoardWalk Villas is located on Crescent Lake, one-half mile from Epcot's World Showcase entrance in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park stands four miles away.

Disney's BoardWalk Villas was fashioned after 1940s Atlantic-coast, bed-and-breakfast retreats. This wheelchair-friendly resort's library bar, Bellevue Lounge, features overstuffed seating and plays old-time radio broadcasts. BoardWalk eateries include Flying Fish Café, ESPN Sports Club, and Big River Grille & Brewing Works. Spoodles is known for Mediterranean fare, while the BoardWalk Bakery prepares take-out sandwiches, pastries and desserts. The resort surrounds the Luna Park water complex which features the 200-foot Keister Coaster waterslide. Two quiet outdoor pools and a spa tub accompany a children's outdoor pool, a game arcade and a play area. The boardwalk marina arranges boat and surrey bicycle rentals, and organizes catch-and-release fishing excursions. A 24-hour, complimentary fitness center contains cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, and free weights. Two lighted tennis courts allow night play. The Community Hall offers family activities, and the nearby Sandcastle Club offers evening supervised care for children ages four to 12.

Disney's BoardWalk Villas offers 533 smoke-free studio, and one- and two-bedroom villas housed in a five-story building. Seaside ambience is reflected in pastel-hued walls, floral fabrics and artwork that depicts 1940s-era boardwalk scenes. Rooms include high-speed Internet access for a fee, DVD players, and flat-screen televisions. Studios provide kitchenettes. One- and two-bedroom villas feature full kitchens. Sofa beds offer additional sleeping options. In-room wall safes are complimentary. Bathrooms feature separate vanity areas and are stocked with Aquatics H20 toiletries. One- and two-bedroom villas contain jetted tubs, and washers and dryers. Accommodations feature porches, patios or balconies.

"Spacious rooms and excellent customer service!"
We arrived late and tired. The hotel staff greeted us immediately. She asked us for our names and stepped away for a minute to talk to the manager. I thought something was wrong. She came back...quickly gave us our keys and map to the hotel and information on transportation that we had requested for a dinner show the following evening. We were over the top elated when we opened the door we were in a one bedroom full unit with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We screamed in delight! The room was so clean, had more towels than we could possibly need for a family of four. We asked for more pillows which were brought to us about an hour later. "Great hotel at an excellent location"
The Boardwalk Villas were excellent. The only thing that would have made the room more comfortable is a king size bed instead of a queen size. The room has a microwave, mini fridge & kitchen sink. The balcony had a nice view of the pool area. The location was the best part of staying here. You can walk to Epcot & the Disney Hollywood Studios or there […] is a boat that will take you there, too. The Boardwalk area itself has plenty of choices for food to include: the ESPN Club, a Meditteranean restaurant, a high end seafood restaurant(Flying Fish), a brewery, a bakery, a candy/ice cream shop, a pizza window, and a hot dog stand. Fab location. 5 minute walk to Epcot or 15 minutes to Hollywood Studios (or a very short ferry ride to both). 15 minute bus ride to Animal Kingdom or Magic Kingdom. "Great stay at Disney's Boardwalk Villas"
I stayed in a studio villa. It was spotless, and kept that way by a great housekeeping staff. The furnishings in my villa appeared to be new - there was no wear and tear evident at all. The location of the resort is perfect for walking to Epcot and Hollywood Studios parks, and the Disney transport to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom parks was efficient. "Not impressed - not accommodating"
two disabled people in my party and they would not move us closer to the elevator. the walk to our room was long even for a healthy person. two of the three elevators were down. the staff was giving us incorrect directives about various things. I would rather stay closer to Magic Kingdom and there were other small issues including lack of internet and […] paying for internet we did not get. I also went back and forth waiting for someone to service our internet. The concierge sent me back and forth to my room for info on my disney park tickets only to tell me to go to the park and get them. "Disney Resorts are Overated!!"
Not in any Disney Resorts! Taking the Shuttles from place to place, was like a cattle call. Too many people on top of people,i had a stroller it was a nightmare getting it , on and off everytime. Stay outside of Disney and just take a cab. I stayed at the Boardwalk Villas over prices for the ammenties, took them 6 hours to have my luggage brought up […] to my room. Even after i gave the bellman $10 tip to bring up. Had dinner came back still no luggage, and they where rude about it, like i was bugging for my luggage. The Hotel needs a renovation for sure stuck in the 80's paid to much for the 80's style room. If there is a next time i will stay at a Brand New Marriott or something outside of Disney. Overall, we were happy with the Boardwalk Villas. Great central location -- could either walk, boat, or bus to all of the Disney attractions. Great pool with water slide and play structure. Nice, quiet rooms. We took a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old with us. There wasn't a heck of a lot the littlest one could do. We had to keep him hostage in his stroller […] most of the time at all of the Disney attractions. I would probably wait until he is 3 or 4 to go again. The five-year-old was in heaven the entire time. He was a good age for the trip. We were there right before Thanksgiving and it was a little busier than I would prefer with little ones (when every minute counts!). We had to stand in line a lot more than I would have liked.
