Convenient because of airport transportation and park shuttle. Long drive to parks if you have a car. Definitely needs updating in rooms and outdoor decor. Food court expensive for families because everything is a la carte. Staff very helpful.

Courteous Guest Services and prompt check-in. Room was clean and even had towel animals in the window! Restaurant on property was quite good, plentiful variety & reasonably priced for quantity. And, of course, it's Disney - yipee!

The room was in the farthest building from the bus locations, I ended up driving my car around to front of hotel each time I needed to use the transportation. We had a very good time. It was close to the parks. We could swim and watch a Disney movie every night by the pool on a big screen. We ordered pizza which they brought from the food court to our room. We also added another night and had no problem getting the same room. We didn't have to move our luggage. This was my first stay at a hotel on the Disney property, and had pretty high expectations, even though this was one of the "Value" resorts. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 was for two primary reasons. The room was in the VERY last building of the complex and it took at least 5 minutes of fast walking to get to the lobby or bus pickup. For […] those who have ailments or who otherwise have difficulty walking, staying that far away from the lobby might prove problematic. Also, there was no wireless at all. I tried on my tablet, phone and laptop, and got no wireless signal at all, with only a wired internet option available for our room. Another matter was that the person's name who stayed with me didn't appear on the reservation, despite calling that day to make sure it was. Since it was a last minute decision for her to come, I didn't deduct anything for it. Beyond those items, the hotel was outstanding, and I took full advantage of the shuttle service to and from the parks, as well as the extended hours that staying at one of the on-property hotels afforded us. I also enjoyed the towel sculptures on the bed and in the window left for us by the wait staff, those were a nice touch. I was also pleased with having my purchases brought to the room instead of having to lug them all day at the parks and risk damaging them on the rides. The room was in outstanding order, the beds were always freshly made for us when we returned, and the buildings of the hotel itself were decorated to the point that they themselves become something of an attraction. This hotel is great if you're just going to parks and surrounding attractions. It's right on Disney property so it's wonderful if you don't want to miss a thing! It's part of Disney's "value" hotels, so just know that when you purchase your room. Transportation to the Disney parks and Downtown Disney are included in your hotel stay. This hotel was truly been inspired by Mickey Mouse. The Preferred room was Mickey Mouse sized, the bathroom was Mickey Mouse sized, the towels were Mickey mouse sized. I saw one of my friend's standard room, and would have preferred to save the extra $ a night, because there was no difference. The only food on the property was typical kids fare - all pizza and ice cream. Oh, and there is also a Macdonald's just up the street. This would have been where I stayed if I was still in college. Went there for the Food and Wine Festival and nothing is more convenient than staying on property. We were bused everywhere and didn't have to pay for parking for waste gas money. Very pleasant trip.

This is my preferred hotel on the Disney property! Very close to everything and the room was so very clean. Two large pools are on the property which were open until midnight. You also receive a parking pass if you have an auto which allows you free parking into the Disney parks Although the rooms are not large, the double beds are comfortable and […] sheets are always clean and I am sure I won't find any bedbugs. We have stayed with 4 people in the room and it has always been comfortable. It has enough drawer space and closet space.Had a hair dryer an iron and ironing board We were located in the back of the property which was very quiet and a little hike to the main eating building, the food was delicious and well priced and they also had a special priced menu for the children. The maids were so courteous and fast and cleaned very well . She left us a little towel animals which was so adorable. I always feel safe staying on the premise, and it was necessary to show your ID when arriving at the gate. You showed the room key at the gate when you return to the property if you were using your car. The buses or always running and you don't need an auto to get around. I always feel like I am on vacation once I get to my room in Disney and this time the price of the room was cheaper than our FL resident discount. Fall is a wonderful time to visit Disney. The place needs updating pretty badly. There aren't many rooms with king-sized beds--don't expect to get one. If you really want one tell them that you have a wheelchair. The receptionist told me that if I want a king-size bed then I need to call back everyday to see if someone canceled their reservation. Other than that, there's nothing she can do […] about it. ディズニーワールドは初めてで、２泊しました。チェックインは16時でしたが、13時ごろにホテルに着き、チェックインできました。また、予約時はキングサイズのベッド一つとなっていましたが、ベッド２つの部屋に変えて欲しいとフロントでリクエストしたところ、快く変えていただきました。外観がとてもかわいく、部屋へ歩く途中も楽しめました。部屋は普通のモーテルといった感じでしたが、寝に帰るだけだったので十分でした。朝食は混んでいましたがイートインで取りました。レジ前に置いてある専用のマグを買うとドリンクが飲み放題なので買いました。ただマグが＄１５ほどするので、初日に真っ先に買ったほうがいいかもしれません。朝にドリンクを入れて園内に持って行ったり、部屋へ戻る前にコーヒーを入れて持って帰ったりとちょくちょく使った […] ので、飲み物代は元を取れたかなと思います。ホテルからどの行き先へもシャトルバスがあるのでとても快適でした。 Read more

Das Hotel ist top gelegen und die Busverbindungen zu den Parks sind gut. Einzig das Check in für den Bus vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist nach der langen Reise etwas umständlich gewesen. Wer gute Mittelklasse zu sehr günstigen Preisen sucht, der ist im Music Resort Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben.
