We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Club Villas. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. It's a great location for Epcot and Hollywood... Studios. We walked to each park easily. Taking transport from either the resort or theme parks were a breeze. The wait wasn't long at all. Guess we just timed it right especially since we were there during the holiday week. We only got to use the pool once because of the weather but it was fun. The slide was a treat. Almost of our meals were in the theme parks but grabbing some coffee in the market was convenient especially with the reusable mugs you can purchase and get free refills. We did get ice cream at the ice cream parlor. Loved the theme and service. Would stay at this resort again. by csg from Closter, NJ, USA on 01/02/13

Located one-half mile from Epcot and Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's Beach Club Villas offers Cape May-style accommodations in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Disney's Hollywood Studios and Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course are positioned one mile from this resort.

Hotel Features.
Mid-Atlantic seaside cottages shape the character of this Disney resort. The expansive lobby features nautically themed décor and panoramic views of Crescent Lake. Dining options include Beaches & Cream Soda Shop which serves sandwiches and ice-cream temptations. Goofy's Beach Club Bash entertains breakfast diners at Cape May Café. Signature Cape May Café dinner dishes include seafood and barbecued ribs. Martha's Vineyard offers menu items from Cape May Café's menu plus a selection of wines. Hurricane Hanna's Grill serves poolside refreshments at Stormalong Bay, a three-acre water park complex that includes a shipwreck-themed waterslide, spa tubs, a zero-entry-level sand-bottomed pool, quiet pools, a children's pool and a white-sand beach. The marina rents watercraft and offers catch-and-release fishing excursions. The 24-hour, complimentary Ship Shape Health Club offers massage therapy, and contains a sauna, a steam room, and cardiovascular and weight-training machines. Complimentary yoga sessions are hosted on the beach. Beauty services are available at Periwig's Beauty and Barber Shop. The Sandcastle Club offers supervised evening activities for children ages four to 12.

Guestrooms.
This resort houses 282 studio, and one- and two-bedroom villas enhanced with beach scenes and decorated in tones of pale salmon and sky blue. Accommodations extend onto furnished or step-out, resort-view balconies. Studios provide kitchenettes. One- and two-bedroom villas boast full kitchens. Studio bathrooms feature single-sink vanities located adjacent to the bathroom. Villa bathrooms contain jetted tubs, separate showers, and vanity and pedestal sinks. One- and two-bedroom villas offer washers and dryers.

Disney's Beach Club Villas is connected via covered walkways to Disney's Beach Club Resort, where the below dining options are offered.

Cape May Café - Mornings are fun as Goofy and his guests enjoy daily Goofy's Beach Club Bash breakfasts. At night, dining options include chicken, ribs, clams, and seafood. (Lunch is not served.)

Beaches and Cream Soda Shop - Bright, lively colors and a playful atmosphere are served here in addition to burgers, sandwiches, and old-fashioned ice-cream treats. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Martha's Vineyard - The Vineyard is a relaxing gathering place for cocktails and specialty drinks, and offers a wide selection of wines along with several menu selections from Cape May Café.

Hurricane Hanna's Grill - This casual poolside stop serves sandwiches, burgers, snacks, and drinks.

Recreation

Disney's Beach Club Villas shares its three-acre water park and pool area with its companion property, Disney's Beach Club Resort. Stormalong Bay, which is located on the 25-acre Crescent Lake, contains giant water slides, freeform splash pools, a children's pool, seven spa tubs, three quiet pools, and a white sandy beach. Pontoon boats, canopy boats, and Mercury WaterMouse boats are available for rent at the resort marina. The resort also has a game room, playground, and Sandcastle Club, which provides daily supervised activities for youngsters (surcharge). Fitness equipment, a steam room, and a sauna can be found at the Ship Shape Health Club; massages and facials are also available (surcharge for both). Other recreational options include catch-and-release fishing, tennis, and volleyball. Guests can jog or walk along a one-mile jogging trail that circles the lake.

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and the 36-hole Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course are both one mile from the resort via complimentary transportation. The resort's guest services can assist with reservations at any one of Disney's five tour-caliber golf courses, all located on Walt Disney World® Resort property. A nine-hole walking course is also available.

All the furniture was in very good condition, the villa was very clean and all the cleaning products were provided, down to washing powder, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. The cutlery, crockery and glasses all appeared to be new. Bedding was very comfortable, and the Hotel provided extra blankets and pillows as soon as we requested them. The private […] pool in addition to Stormaway Bay was a bonus.
