We had called to ask about the double queen suite. Ordered that online, but that wasn't what we got and there were no other rooms like it available. Then the room we got looked out on four air conditioners which we heard go on several times. Same night, called about someone smoking in the room next door at midnight and was told it was a no-smoking hotel. […] "Okay, then what should you do about it?" Blankets were way too hot and there were no other blankets so we had to put the air conditioning on high to have the room cool enough to use the blankets. Breakfast was awful. The waffles had no flavor, the donuts were probably from the Costco in the back parking lot and the milk was lukewarm at best; being kept in a pitcher with ice only at the bottom of the bowl. At 8:30 the next morning there was a loud banging on our door that woke everyone up. It was the housekeeping asking if we wanted service. "What? You wake us up for that?!" "Middleton So-So"
This was an average experience in a lower end Motel. While clean and servicable, the pool was over-chlorinated and there was no attention to guests or details. Farther away than other neighboring Motels as well. Just so-soGenuine Expedia guest review
