"Will not return to this hotel"
Will not give this hotel my business again. I left my laptop power cord on the desk by mistake, and did not discover my mistake until I was in Chicago. Called and asked, and they said they had it. They readily agreed to mail it to me, so I gave them my address. Never received the power cord. It is truly my fault for leaving the power cord, so I cannot […] blame that on them.
