Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Airport/Erlanger

Besides the pillows being a little too soft no matter how many were stacked together, this was a great overnight stay with a lot of restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. It was a little tricky to get back on the interstate going north during morning rush hour, but would definitely stay again (as long as rates don't jump).

I travel a lot and stay in hotels frequently. We stayed one night here on our way to visit family for the holidays and it was an excellent choice. Not one complaint from any member of my family...that's impressive!

Overall, it is a nice, clean hotel and the room was spacious and decorated nicely. I never heard a single noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway, the pool was sparkling clean, the in-room safe is a nice touch, and the breakfast spread was overly sufficient. The bathroom lighting was not very good but they are trying to be "green" & environmentally friendly. The heavy, outside curtains don't close over the sheer white ones - so no chance of sleeping in! We were very satisfied at this hotel. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The only thing I wish it could have had was a bathtub with the shower. There was no tub just a shower but we knew that before we booked. I would stay again.

and your stay at Wyngate will be enjoyable if you are visiting the Cincinnati, OH area. Although not required, we were impressed with their handicap accomadations especially the bathroom.

Stay was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, except...staff could be a little more friendly, especially the lady preparing the breakfast food. Oh BTW, don't give your customers a handicap-accessible room unless they really need it. Loved it! Planning to stay there again on our next trip to Cincy. Rooms were very nice and clean. It is located just off the main road so it is easy to get in and out. Just a couple of miles from major shopping areas and a variety of restaurants. Easy access to I-75, I-71.

We stayed here for two nights in order to visit the Creation Museum. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything was of finest quality from the evening supply of cookies to a wonderful hot breakfast with meat and eggs, bisqcuits and gravy. The room was large and well equipped. This hotel was great. Much more than i expected. Friendly host at the front desk, clean and comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was very extensive and good. Nice indoor pool w/ hottub. I will definitely stay again.

Wyndham Hotel in Erlanger, KY was very clean, conveniently located, and well run. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TV in our room would not allow us to order a movie to watch in the room due to a lightning strike "two months earlier."

Hotel was just the right distance away from everything we wanted to do! The Zoo, Aquarium and Levee are all within reasonable distance. Several good places to eat are nearby as well. Staff was excellent!

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was nice, rooms were nice - except our room smelled like smoke when we first walked in. A courtesy phone-call was made by the fromt desk staff shortly after we arrived, and I mentioned the smell just to make them aware of it - so they wouldn't think it was us and charge us the $250 cleaning fee. The […] lady asked repeatedly if we wanted housekeeping to come down and at least spray a room deodorizer, and she kept apologizing to us. Overall, very pleased. We recently stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham in Erlanger, chosen because of the other great reviews, and we were very pleased with the whole experience. There was someone there to greet us at the desk and was very helpful to us, asking if we needed ideas or directions for where to eat, and letting us know where everything was in the hotel. The pool […] was wonderful, just like the picture showed! We really enjoyed the spa, and it was a nice temperature for our children to get in also. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well kept. It was easy to get to and near the interstate, but you couldn't hear the traffic. My only suggestion would be a second waffle iron and a few more chairs for breakfast.

I booked online so really had no idea what to expect. I was extremely pleased. Staff stted the hotel had been open one year but it looked brand new. Excellent mattress, fluffy down comforter, delicious breakfast.........all at a very reasonable price. I would recomment this hotel to anyone looking for a bargin and wonderful facilities.

We had visited this area to attend the Newport Aquarium and generally just to get away for a day. The hotel is away from the majority of traffic. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection to choose from. The price was lower than most of the surrounding hotels.
