This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and overall a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and courteous. It has a workout center with weights treadmills. The indoor pool and hot tub were also nice. They have a nice breakfast daily that isi included in the price of the room. It was a very nice hotel. We loved the lobby, very cool. Down side, the pool was not working & we brought our kids with expecting the pool to work. The filter was broken, but the hot tub was working. I was disappointed that they did not offer any compensation, especially since we were planning to use the pool & I choose this hotel over a more affordable […] one, because this one had a pool. Desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers healthy choices, was well-stocked, area was clean. Love the duvet on the bed! Knowing that it's clean and fresh for my use is a BIG plus!

This hotel has been recently renovated and they've done a great job. Staff is pleasant and helpful, rooms clean and accommodating! Breakfast was a bit overwhelming for the one lady attempting to run it. Full trash cans and trouble keeping food and coffee refilled.

They have a newly renovated lobby and breakfast area. The staff are terrific, eager to help in every way. My only criticism is the "exercise room" is pathetic. It has only 3 older pieces of equipment, no other amenities. However, there is a walking trail not far from the hotel.

We stayed 5 days and overall it was a good experience. The breakfast was fabulous-lots of variety. We did not have housekeeping on one day and the next day had to ask for housekeeping for our room. There was a lot of painting and construction going on so it made for a maze getting through the lobby area.

I made reservations thru Expedia for one room with two double beds which we got. We were in town for our Grandson's Graduation from UIT in Glendale Heights. The location was very convenient to everything that we needed to be at. The Hotel's staff were very accommodating and friendly. One of the pop machines was not working correctly and took my money […] and would not give it back. Told the front desk about it and they took care of it and refunded me the money. The only issue we had was that they were using a very old magnetic strip key system. We had to exchange our keys at least 12 times in 4 days. The key initially worked then the second time we treid to use it it wouldn't work. This was very annoying. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our family of 4 stayed here and was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the decor was fresh. It even had a little fridge which was nice to keep beverages cold. The breakfast was well stocked in the morning - including hot and cold items and a waffle station. The hotel is in the process of being rehabbed, our room was freshly done with new paint and furnishings. Everything was new and very nice, new high def TV, free wireless internet, small refrigerator and very nice king size bed and bedding. The bathroom had a beautiful granite counter top sink with a new cabinet and a big tub and new curtains and shower […] massage shower head. The biggest fault we found was the drain was very slow and before you were done in the shower you were standing in over ankle deep water. Also most hotels don't feel the need to provide customers with softened water which is always a minus with me. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast (no omelets, scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy), mainly it was french toast sticks, make a waffle, or toast bagels. Nice filling breakfast, and for those on the run, sack breakfasts are available at the front desk (though I never tried one). The rooms are comfortable though not fancy, and the location was great for visiting my son at Wheaton College ... Would stay here again.

We just needed a place to rest before we headed right back to Indy the next morning. We made a good decision. We were very happy with all of the amenities. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The breakfast was a nice treat by having sausage and scrambled eggs besides the normal bagels and etc. Our room was very comfortable. We thought we were supposed […] to have an ottoman with the chair. The TV could be a bit bigger to see better from the chair. We had to make a U-turn if we needed to head the other direction. We had to wait quite awhile on Friday evening to get through. The hotel employees were wonderful. The pizza place didn't give us plates or utensils. I called up front to ask if we could get the needed items. When I got to the front desk she had it ready and waiting for me. I wasn't expecting that. She went above what I was expecting. We had our Search and Rescue German Shepherd dog with us. We didn't have any problems with check-in with her. There wasn't a good area to play with her. We just played next to the pool area. She's happy as long as she can play catch with her ball even if she doesn't get to run far. A luggage cart was at our door when we went out to get breakfast. That is great service!! Totally unexpected. Overall, we had a very nice stay. We will stay here again if we have to head to relatives. Our family and friends will be told about Hampton Inn's wonderful service. Read more

Very nice and clean! Great Breakfast but at 9:30 it was empty. The pool room was cold due to a door that was letting in the cold air. The pool was warm and the hot tube was hot. Very nice people.
