"Excellent complementary breakfast"
Extremely pleased with our room. Very clean and comfortable. Service was good. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not hot the 1st night and they replaced the water the 2nd night so it was cold. The pool room is cold, also. "Hampton Inn - Carol Stream"
- Room not clean - Service unresponsive - Internet excruciatingly slow - Key did not work in exterior door nearest the parking lot. I had a lot of equipment to bring back to the hotel each night. - Alarm clock time not properly set, very difficult to change. - Breaakfast food not well stocked. Even at 6:30 am After the first night, I asked for a call […] back from the manager. It did not come. On the second night I asked again. The manager didn't call until I was working. We never connected. I stayed in the hotel because: a) I genreally have had good luck with Hampton Inn b) It was convenient to my work location. I expect quality from Hampton Inns. Although the front desk and workers were polite and courteous, I was shocked at the condition of the room. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the tub was not wiped down and had water spots all over the chrome. In addition, water filled the tub from my shower.
