"In desparate need of a tear down"
This place is terrible in every possible imaginable way. The lobby was crowded with drunk people and smelled of smoke. The room smelled musty and had debris and hair on the ground. The heat did not work. When we complained, the front desk attendant did respond and had to literally remove the existing AC/Heat unit and replace it at midnight. "Not happy"
The bed was old and shot, there was construction/remodeling going on and had to listen to the work all day long. Bathrooms were a joke, you could barely get in and turn around to close the doors. NO wi-fi. If you wanted it you had to go thru a third party company and pay about five dollars an hour or ten a day, We went over to Starbucks just to check […] on our business emails. No pool, We were so dissapointed we left a day early and paid to go to another place just to try and get some enjoyment from our vacation. "Over-Priced and Unimpressive Henlopen Hotel"
This hotel is "long in tooth" and the staff at the front desk were so unimpressive that they could have cared less if we ever visited....the hotel needs help and a makeover....it is like the owners won't spend any $$ but just barely keep it going. "Disappointing for the price"

"bugs and broken door"
When we got there, there were tons of fruit flies in the room, and when we called the front desk and they brought "flying inspect spray" that they wanted to make sure we didn't have any babies with us because it might be harmful to them. After declining the spray, we decided to explore the courtyard, which we could access via our sliding door.
