The weather was blah but my stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful (I had some leftovers from lunch one day and didn't have a microwave in my suite but one of the guys on staff escorted me to the employee lounge and we chatted as my food warmed :) What I loved most was although the Boardwalk is a hotel, once I got to my room I felt […] as if I were at a (roomy) B&B, it was very cozy and no boring white sheets and towels, these rooms surround me in color and comfort. "Pay extra for ocean front vs ocean view"
Absolutely love every opportunity to stay at the Boardwalk Plaza but having stayed this time at an ocean view vs ocean front, I realize the amount of relaxation that is added to your stay when you can lay on your bed and look out on the beach. "NIce hotel but expected more from the place"
We thought some sort of breakfast was included in the cost of the hotel. I was a bit disappointed they didn't even serve juice and danish in the morning. Room only had 1 caffeinated tea bag , so if two people wanted caffeinated tea, they had to go down to desk to get it. The room seemed a bit tight for 2 people, but that could be because we had a King […] bed. Overall the place was fine for what we wanted. We got a good rate for it since it was off season.
