"Nice place for families"
The room had some left over hair in the bathroom from a previous guest! Pretty nasty! The pool was also not in great condition. The floor could have used a cleaning as well as the pool. Great courtyard and breakfast!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Family Weekend at the Grand River Inn"
My family enjoyed their stay at your hotel. The pool provided entertainment for the children and it was nice having our rooms face the courtyard away from the traffic. It is also convenient to relatives and the wineries. Hauling bags to the second level with no elevator was a chore. "Good value"
This was a lovely Best Western. It is what I expect from the chain, except the food was a step above what I expected. It had a lovely courtyard where guests could sit outside and eat their breakfast. I would stay here again. We went to the Peach festival in Palisades and wine tasting. The hotel was quite convenient for that.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
