"good hotel choice for family"

"Average stay, service lacking"
Front desk staff are unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. The printer in the business center didn't have ink and the didn't even try to fix it. WiFi is very weak and works inconsistently. Tile was missing in the bathroom. Nice location with restaurants and stores nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This is a great hotel at a reasonable price. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful. The hotel is situated near Westland Mall, Home Depo, Walmart, etc. There was a pool, gym, free internet access and free breakfast. Pleasantly surprised with all aspects of stay. Pleasant punctual folk. Apparently newly refurbished.
