"Kitchen"

"No quiet nights - close to highways"

"Not that close to the airport"
Needed a place close to the airport to attend a wedding on South Beach. The hotel is not close to the airport and the shuttle seemed to take forever. "Long wait, disappointing room"
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that our rooms were not available as yet, so we went to go get something to eat thinking that by the time we got back two hours later our rooms would be ready. We were so wrong! An hour and fifteen minutes after the hotel's scheduled check in time and our rooms were still not ready. Once we finally got into the […] rooms (1hr n 45mins after checkin time), they were very clean, however you could not watch the television because of the loud humming noise coming from it not to mention the scrambled channels. The air conditioner refused to cool the room and I spent the night sweating because I was told by front desk staff that no more rooms were available as the hotel was completely booked. We were disappointed in the location of this "airport" hotel. It took the shuttle about 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport! Getting a shuttle took 45 minutes and several phone calls. I stay in Airport for long time and finally call front desk and said no shuttle bus at 10:00am, 2:00am as the shuttle is heading to shopping ctrs.
