This is our third stay at this hotel and our stays get better and better. The staff are extremely courteous. I would like to complement in particular the restaurant staff this time. We had an excellent night there...the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Floyd. Our dinner at the restaurant he suggested was wonderful, and we hope he enjoyed the dessert we brought him. We selected the Marriott Hotel in SouthPark because of it's proximity to the Charlotte airport. The hotel is in a business office park, located within a lovely residential neighborhood. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Next door to the hotel was a nice mall with upscate stores for shopping and a a couple of very nice restaurants. […] The only thing that I noticed that was not up-to-par were some repairs in the bath that were substandard--e.g., the hook on the bathroom door had been removed, but the holes were still there; and several paint touch-ups were attempted using the wrong color paint.
