This is an amazing deal for the money! The room is extremely clean, the bed and linens are soft and comfortable, the shower is spacious with perfect water pressure, and the amenities were well kept and very modern. Every person we came in contact with that worked there was genuinely happy and friendly which you barely even find at Disney anymore. The […] best part of this deal is the full breakfast which includes a huge buffet of hot and cold food as well as a kitchen with made to order omelets, eggs and other items. Any other hotel would charge at least $15 a person for this type of breakfast and it was part of the room fee. I love this hotel and will stay here every time we drive up north. Read more

From the moment we were greeted at the desk to the check out, we were comfortable and realxed in this beautiful facility. Nightly receptions and breakfast prepared hot and fresh each morning in the atrium were wonderful and felt like an extension of our suite. This will be our go-to destination when we are in the Charlotte area.

We loved our 4 night stay, so many amenities, the kids had a blast in the pool, we loved the breakfast and happy hour. The lines on the weekend for breakfast were really long, I would advise getting there early. The bathroom molding was a little damaged in one spot, and we would have preferred a tub (shower only) but otherwise the room was very spacious […] and the bed was very comfortable. Let me start by let you know I like Embassy Suites, but our stay would have been more pleasant if there wasn't pizza, paper, on floor in master bedroom, tomatoe sauce on bedspread and after speaking with the manager on duty, the only thing she offered was to send someone to clean the suite over. She could have given something for the inconvenience.

It is a nice hotel... bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be...tile was dirty. Diidn't leave garbage bag for all trash on second day. View was poor- had the maintenance roof view. We have stayed in Embassy Suite many times. But we had an unique experience with this hotel at Charlotte. In the middle of our second night stay, the fire alarm went off. At one o'clock in the morning, I grabbed my sleepy 5 years old girl walked down the stairs from the 5th floor. As soon as we went out the building, the security guard called us back […] in. Not to mention that the fire alarm went off two more times the same night. I thought the hotel owed all the guests that night an explanation of what had happened. Next morning, I checked out in person at the hotel front desk, thinking that I would be told of what had happened last night. To my disappointment, there was none. One thing I want to mention is the breakfast buffet. Food was excellent. But there was not enough tables, chairs, plates, serving trays, etc. As my husband said it was a "MAD" house. We ended up bringing food back to our rooms. Read more

2 parents and 3 small children. The sleeper sofa was like a hamick, it sunk in the middle. The bath room has no fan, with five people, it matters. Room was on street side of hotel on Sat night. Street noise all night. Parking lot felt unsafe. Room was ok but could use heavier comforter and firmer pillows on bed. Not the most comfortable Embassy Suites we have stayed in. Breakfast-grits were instant. Felt like too many corners were cut. Will not return.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming at this Embassy Suites. We were very pleased with the indoor hot tub and pool which were empty during our stay so we had it all to ourselves every time we went. The gym is nice equipped and maintained evidenced by a maintenance tech servicing the treadmills and exercise machines while we were working out. The […] lobby is really a sight with waterfalls and plenty of tropical plants and trees reaching towards a glass ceiling 10 stories above. All the rooms face inside within view of the lobby desk so there's generally staff keeping an eye on things and a regular appearance of law enforcement in the driveway and lobby which felt safe. The morning hours were filled with the sound of doors slamming closed (assumingly from housekeepers entering and exiting rooms), but otherwise it was a quiet comfortable stay. Our room overlooked the roof of an adjacent building but for the price, we could not complain and with the white Christmas, the whole view was covered in snow anyway. They are convenient to Walgreens, CVS and other shops and stores a mile down the street and a 24/7 Kangaroo Gas Station/Convenience store across the street. They had a generous breakfast/omelette bar that we missed out on because it ran too early for us to muster from 6-9a. Also a Managers reception each night with free cocktails from 5-7 was a nice touch. The only bad thing to report was housekeeping's decision to throw away a grocery bag of OTC medications which we had to replace and they were stingy of the bathroom tissue too, but the Shampoo and Conditioner in the room gave me some good hair days during my stay : ) Read more

I've stayed in several Embassy Suites when I have traveled and this one was the worst. The breakfast buffet area was crowded and the food was not good at all. The menus in the rooms for area attractions and restaurants was empty and for some reason, the inhouse dining menu was empty except for the drink menu, as if someone took out the rest of the menu. The […] hotel wasn't kept clean, like the elevators were dirty, as well. As far as customer service, they were receptive so that is good. And the hotel itself, I don't think was in the best part of town. When I go back to Charlotte, I will not pick that hotel. Read more

Great experience, breakfast was great. Everything was great, except they charge for wireless internet in your room. Otherwise you have to go to the business center or go in the main lobby were it's free. Overall great hotel.
