You could tell that the bathroom floor had not been swept, vacuumed nor mopped since the last guest . . . there were long black hairs all over the floor. we both have short gray hair! "Top 10 of worst stays."
Please read that the check in time is 4pm and not before. After driving 6 hours I arrived early (2pm) and was told check in was at 4. No offer to get a room at an additional charge just the comment "Check in is at 4pm and there are no rooms clean at this time". We maybe able to accommodate you at 3:30. If there are no rooms clean at 2pm this place has […] much bigger problems. Upon my second arrival at 3:30, my room key did not work. I had to request access to my room two times and then call again after after nothing was done about it. No one took the initiative to correct the problem when it was first identified. Soda and ice machine not working had to walk around an hunt for another. The room was nice but the air conditioner kept it only "cool" throughout the night.
