The room and beds were clean and comfortable, the included breakfast didn't have a great number of choices, but those offered were good. Staff was especially helpful in arranging the shuttle van to accompany me to turn in the rental car the night before our departure and bring me back to the hotel. Overall the hotel is a great value.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very responsive to requests. Good continental breakfast. Only complaint was a knock on the door around 8 AM by housekeeping asking if we were checking out.

The hotel shuttle was free and it took about 15 min. to go from Dulles to the hotel. The front desk service was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything according to pictures of the hotel online. Three restaurants were near by (Longhorn, Santini and Bob Evans). The hotel was just about what I expected based on the reviews I read prior to booking there. The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the free wi-fi and the free premium channels on the TV. I don't know if you could find a better place for the rate charged.

We (a couple) stayed only one night for a wedding in the vicinity. The room was very nice, the bathroom clean and everything perfectly adequate. We had no time to try the spa/pool, but they looked inviting and clean. In spite of closeness to the airport, we had a quiet, undisturbed night (except for some conversation next door -there was a connecting […] door). What we didn't like so much was the breakfast. I enjoyed it very much.... I enjoyed the design within the rooms and theye ven called to makek sure that everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. The continental breakfast was also very nice. They even had a nice pool.

I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Had a problem with my car while I was staying there, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful in directing me to the nearest tire store so I could resolve the problem. room was clean and comfortable.

The only problem we experienced was an extremely slipper floor in the lobby...i almost fell 2 or 3 times...this is a definite hazard and needs to be addressed before someone falls and potentially gets injured. Otherwise, the hotel was great!

The hotel stay itself was fine. I was disappointed on the length of time of pick up from the airport. I was told by another Fairfield driver (Sterling) that the Chantilly car would be by in a few minutes. 45 min later we called the hotel and were then told in order to be picked up we had to call the hotel first. For a low-price hotel, it was good. The A/C wasn't as cold as it should be but was sufficient. There are several restaurants close by and the Air and Space Museum Annex is very close - a ten minute drive. The rooms are supposed to have bottle openers but ours was missing. The front desk had an extra though. My only gripe is that I asked for hypo-allergenic […] pillows and only got two. The room had five pillows and three were feather which I ended up stuffing in a drawer. I would have appreciated the desk giving me two extras when I specifically asked that night but they didn't. The staff was very friendly. Less then a 15 drive to the DC metro. Breakfast was satisfying. The big dissappointment was the pool hours.

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently situated. The breakfast which is included had an excellent variety of foods which should cater to anyone's needs. My only criticism would be that the pillows on the beds were not very comfortable.

There are a lot of hotels in this area. The Fairfield is OK - nothing great, but not bad. The front desk guy wasn't particularly friendly, but he certainly wasn't rude or anything. Noise doesn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to it, move a few miles one way or the other. Planes on final approach for Dulles fly RIGHT over this hotel and the others […] around it. will come back...but i don't want to see the unfriendly lady receptionist (morning shift). The complimentary breakfast buffet is good. Our room was clean and nice, but no refrigirator. The hotel location is good, close to the shopping centers, restaurants, airport, and just a mile away from National Air and space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center.

Nice bright hotel with friendly staff. Not noisy despite being on flight path from Dulles airport. Breakfast was more than adequate with usual dare including fruit.

A very modern hotel near Dulles airport tucked away in a small estate. Great customer service and facilities. Only problem for me was that the swimming pool was only available in the evening. Other than that a fine place to stay with good options for breakfast.

Muito bom hotel! Local tranquilo, bem limpo, chuveiro bom e cama muito boa. Acesso não tão fácil, mas muitos hotéis na região. Perto de centros de compras e de comida ( de carro ). Café da manhã precisa melhorar um pouco, pelo valor do hotel, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Pessoas educadas e de fácil acesso.
