"Housekeeping needed..."

"Relaxing but pool was dissapointing"
My wife and I wanted a night away from our new puppies that kept us up all hours of the night. We went down to the pool and there were 9 screaming unsupervised children, and no towels in the pool. Needless to say we didn't go in the pool or hot tub, that was a bummer. However, nothing is more comfortable than those beds. Beautiful clean pillow top mattresses. […] Our favorite thing was that there was a little balcony so we could sit outside with our champagne. Great room for the money with a free tasty breakfast. "Not worth the extra $$"
From the minute we checked in our stay was a slow moving disaster. Had to go back 3 times to get room keys that would work. Front desk staff was rude to us when we were trying to get the keys fixed, like it was our fault the keys didn't work. The pool had no towels so we had to use our room towels, pool was tiny and barely had room for 10 people. Stayed […] two nights and expected that the second day the towels would be replaced as they were reeking of chlorine smell. We even put the towels in a pile on the toliet to show we wanted new ones. No luck there. Second time to pool still no towels. Had better service and rooms at a Holiday Inn, never ever going to use this chain again in our travels. Not worth the extra money. "Not accurate"
This hotel was very nice. My complaint is more or less for hotels.com, I found this hotel by searching for the nearest hotel to the Kansas City Speedway, this hotel was supposed to be 1.6 mi away... It was a good 27 mi away at least!! Needless to say we were not very happy considering we had already driven 90 mi to get there in the first place!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"It was just okay"
Location not bad but not great, not close to many conveniences. A/C noisy, very few plugs in room, no blow dryer, no wifi in room (only in lobby, which you can only faintly pick up...room only has wired ethernet, not good for phones or tablets). "Clean, but disappointed."
Our room was clean and comfortable, but the overall stay was disappointing. The free internet was very slow, the TV did not have a guide or pay-per-view, and the pool was very warm and cloudy. We wanted to stay the night, order pizza, and watch TV, but with no guide or pay-per-view we decided to go out to eat and watch a movie. "Newly remodeled... But still poorly maintained"
Still having issues with the old security door openers. (hotel key to enter building) I was very sick with the flu, and had to park in the very back, but the closest door would not let me in. "Convenient location for IHOP in KC"
This hotel was in midst of major remodeling so front lobby was temporarily housed in small room. The room was clean but furniture and carpet were worn and dated. King-sized bed very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. Wireless internet in "lobby" but unable to connect to wired in room. Reasonable prices due to remodel. Water had to be shut off […] during day.
