"Hugely disappointed"
I checked into the hotel at around 3pm on a Saturday. I had worked all day and was going to sleep and then attend a wedding. The hotel was under construction so I was not able to sleep at all. The hammering, sawing and power tool noise was unbelievable. I spoke to the attending clerk and she showed me all the beautiful pictures hanging on the wall of […] what the hotel will look like when completed. I've stayed at this hotel various times this year.
