"Ashland Jacksonville"
Hotel staff were hard to find during the morning, day, and evening when you did find someone they were nice. Overall the rooms were fine the bathrooms are extremely small the door swings really close to the bathtub and toilet, so you have to manuver to open and close the door, it's really tight. Nice view of the mountains.. there were alot of hitchhikers […] and camping type road travelers in the field next to the hotel because the lot is empty. and It is right off the main highway convienent to get on and off to hotel. "Good for the price, slightly out of town."
Decent room for the level of hotel/motel. We were however impressed with the morning breakfast... fresh waffles! Manager was nice, freeway was near, but town was not (bring a bike or expect to drive to get to anything other than the burger king or highway gas station.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"out of town"

"Worn and damaged linens and covers"

"pleasant surroundings, no congestion or traffic"
OK for a couple, but rather tight for a family with 2 children who need to be in room with parents. Room was clean. Bathroom door would not latch and towels were threadbare. Dirty grout in shower. Only 3 of everything for four people. Worth the price for the little time we spent there. "Wouldn't stay again"
The bed was thin and hard. The ottoman was wore out you could feel the springs when you sat on it. The bathroom was so small you had to leave the door open when you went to the bathroom. The bathtub had patches of where it was repaired multiple times. It was nice to have internet but it took me awhile to get connected. "Affordable and Decent"
The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating, it was nice to have waffles for breakfast and a clean little pool situated on the end of the hotel rather than in a courtyard surrounded by rooms. There was also an Oregon vistors bureau right there at the hotel, and laundry machines. Room was clean except for box spring stains, however, we had ants […] on the floor and nightstand. The staff vacuumed them up right away and let us know that was a first, but ants came back again the next day. We did not have food or drink in our room to attract them. Hotel was quiet despite being close to the highway, and it was great to be able to bring our dog. This hotel is not located near downtown Ashland; you have to get in your car and drive a couple miles to get there. Overall it was reasonably priced, good service, tidy, and not fancy.
