The staff is very friendly. The location is optimal for my visit. I turned down the Wigwam, a presumably higher class property, which was cheaper, because it does not provide the value of this hotel. "Close to University of Phoenix Stadium"
Great location. Close to eating places and supermarket. We stayed there in order to go to the Cardinals Steelers game. The stadium was minutes away. Room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and conveniently located in Goodyear, AZ, if you have business in that part of the Phoenix area this a good location. Walking distance to a choice of restaurants and to where I had a business meeting. Good solid 3 star hotel at a fair price. This is the second time at this location. The staff is always courteous and helpful. We arrived before check-in , but they were happy to accomidate us. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied.
