"Always comfortable"

"I would stay there any time"
I love this hotel and if I could afford it I would stay here again or at any aloft hotels. It was very modern and there was a great lobby where you can play pool for free or board games, eat etc. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel is very kid friendly also. "Very disappointed"
My experience at the hotel Alot Plano was very dissatisfying. Guests across from me were heavily intoxicated, arguing and fighting around 2am in the hallway. "Aloft hotel in Plano - great service"
In the "road warrior" category, competing with Marriott Courtyard and the like, but hipper and better service. The bartender gave me a great restaurant recommendation, plus a map of all the nearby restaurants.
