This is an older hotel but the Mgmt. & staff make up for it. The front desk is great. I ended up leaving an expensive diamond ring in the desk drawer & I returned for it that evening & they had it for me at the front desk. "Keep your socks on and set your own alarm"
The clerk was very friendly and even switched my room due to a faulty television. The carpet in the next room had something on the floor I can't really explain. Since I was only staying one night I laid a towel out over the spot and made sure to keep my socks on. I think it was probably an isolated incident but left me thinking the worst. "周りに何もありませんが、良いホテルです。"
車ではなく、DARTに乗って行きました。駅から徒歩10分弱、わかりやすい場所ですが、暗くなってからだと少し不安になるかと思います。明るいうちに到着することをお勧めします。周りには何もありません。15分ほど歩いたところに、Plano-Downtownがありますが、少チョット見たところではレストランが少しあるだけでした。立地は別としてよいホテルだと思います。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
