"Repeat Stay"
We really like this hotel. It is clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. The eggs at breakfast could be improved on. "Conveniently Located"
We have stayed at this same hotel several times because we bought our car right down the street and it is convenient when we need service etc. The hotel is clean and adequate. "Probably will look for another hotel"
2-3 years ago stayed here and it was under renovation. Can't really say I can see much difference. Relatively clean but seems run down. Night clerk on duty when I checked in was not very friendly and seemed put out that he had to get me change twice for a vending machine that was out of order!! "Convenient to Shopping & Restaurants"
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was located outside which was a bonus during the summertime. While the elevators and hallways were extremely warm due to little air conditioning, the rooms and breakfast area were comfortably cool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. "Wish more Hamptons had same decor"
My toilet kept running and the walls vibrated at night with a humming sound. But I like this Hampton! The room decor is great and should be the example for all Hamptons! Love location. Its a quiet area but close to lots of shopping! I'm not a smoker but all the smokers congregate at the hotel's front door. Each night I had to pass through the smoke […] fog to come into the lobby. We were all over the North part of Dallas and surrounding suburbs, and this was a good location. Close to lots of amenities (though we discovered the Walgreens across the parking lot wasn't 24-hour when we got sick in the middle of the night).
