The hotel was convenient for a quick weekend in town. Compared to other hotels nearby, it seemed a little less well kept. The room was adequate, but not super clean. "Just so, so"
This reservation was made due to location and convenience to where we needed to stay. This is an older hotel. Our room and beds seemed very small and the hot water in the tub had a significant leak. There is no door to the bathroom. For what I paid, it was just OK.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The original room had a roof leak, however the staff did accommodate us very quick, we were impressed with the friendlessness of the staff. "La Quinta Review"
This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff was unhelpful. The girl, Ashley, a trainee left to work by herself made many mistakes during my stay and it followed me after I had left. The first mistake was that she charged my credit card for the room when I had already paid for the room on hotel.com. I had to call the bank and have them talk […] to the front desk to take it off my card. Then when I left and checked out, apparently the Ashley girl didnt charge my card. When I got back home to Michigan I received a phone call saying I didnt pay for my last night. I didnt have the money at the time so I couldnt pay for it. They ended up charging my card for the amount and causing me to over draft. I would have paid for that night and I would have liked it if they told me that they were taking out the money but without any notice they caused me to over draft. Terrible service and terrible place to stay. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this horrible place. I've never seen such a rude and staff. They did not have any knowledge of how to properly talk to customers. Most of the employees said "I dont know" a lot to my questions and "you can talk to the manager when they get here". "Not impressed"
The hotel employees were not knowledgeable. I was located in a hotel that cater's to contractors and these individuals are loud and seem to drink alot of acohol. I was very stressed/uncomfortable with this surrounding and had to be moved to another room. No one to help with the move. The bathroom toilet in my room was not working properly.
