Motel clean; we were on 2nd floor on end and the balcony floor was really bad: cracked concrete covered with a piece of linoleum which made it very slick... when wet. Rates unbeatable! Temps were around 110 degrees so pool would have been nice except it appeared outsiders were in using it. We stayed here in 2011, too, and had same issue: people in from outside. The only thing was the free breakfast. We got to breakfast around 9 a.m. It closed at 10. Very limited. All pancake gone, only 1 waffle left. These were wrapped in saran wrap. Don't know when they were cooked. I had to ask for coffee to be made. Very disappointed in breakfast.
