I almost canceled my reservation because of bad reviews that had been posted. The Hotel was older but I found it to be quaint. I arrived early and they... immediately began to prepare my room. It was very clean, the staff were anxious to please, offered to let us change in the office and use the pool while we waited. We were 20 ft from the pool, 20 from the diner next door, and probably 100 ft from the ocean. The amusement park was in walking distance. My grand kids had an awesome time, and for beach front it was very inexpensive. I will definitely go back. by glenda j from framingham, ma on 08/22/11
