My daughters and I had a family Baby Shower in Oc ean Park (Yellowfin's Restaurant) on a Saturday morning at 11. We decided to book a hotel for Friday night(we are from Mass)..go to the baby shower...and then hit the Outlets for shopping and then dinner before we headed home. "Friendly and excellent stay!"
We arrived late in the evening. Front desk was very, very nice. We got one of the larger rooms on the 2nd floor. Nice view of the beach from our room. It was late September, and nice enough weather to leave the sliding door open on the balcony to hear the ocean waves all night long. Complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel said we could hang around, […] even after checkout - so we pulled up some chairs and sat on the beach for a while before we left. I chose the Aloette because it was a low cost alternative to an intercity inn while I was attending business in Portland. When I arrived, I wished I had brought my family.
