The door leading of my hotel room had a hole that had been patched.You could see out into the hallway through my door. Mattress was old and soft.Breakfast was served out by the indoor pool witch the room was very hot and the air was saturated with chlorine.The rugs in the common are were filthy. "FILTHY....DIRTY...SAW ROOM AND LEFT"
I accepted when booking the Travel Inn @ Hyannis it was a budget hotel but BUDGET SHOULD NOT MEAN DIRTY. The reception area was filthy and this followed on throughout. We walked into our allocated room and the smell was over powering, very difficult to describe. We did not stay at the Travel Inn it was that bad, we walked straight out and the receptionist […] didn't seem suprised at all. Do not bother getting your bags out of the car until you have seen your accommodation. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR FILTH AND DIRT REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH (OR HOW LITTLE) A ROOM COST We eventually found a room at the Holiday Inn just a bit further out of Hyannis.
