Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The lobby and the grounds were decorated wonderfully for Halloween! They have a beautiful heated outdoor... salt-water pool and hot tub, spa services, a small gym and activities for kids. Overall a very nice getaway. The Motel rooms are dated. Rooms were clean, but decor from the 80's and very little has been update in "deluxe rooms". Matresses uncofortable. To be fair most Cape Cod motels are this way though. This one is not any different from the other one's in it's rating. The wave pool is nice for kids.

The indoor pool is great. The saunas were not working when I was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are outdated. The heater turning on and off made it impossible to sleep and could not be set to a different temperature. Also, the curtains did not allow the sun to be blocked out in the morning. This was a great hotel. I couldn't give it perfect marks across the board, but it was darn close. I booked this room off recommendations on Hotels.com, and to be honest was a little scared. The amenities were great. The new outdoor pool was not opened yet, but it looked great. The courtyard had a sand pit with chairs around a fire pit, a beach volleyball […] court, an indoor water slide/pool, & outdoor deck eating for the two on-site restaurants. Also, has a small game room and Spa (didn't use the Spa). Inside, the hotel was super clean. The room (a single king bed) was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The one thing I did not like about our room was the double lock out. We had a couple of loud groups on either side of us and the doors allowed the sound to travel into our room rather easily. Location was ok. The hotel was on route 132 with quick access to Route 6 (expressway) that gets you up and down the Cape easily and also route 28, which is the local highway thru towns on the Cape. We were a quick drive to downtown Hyannis and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. I was just hoping that we would be able to walk to some place, but that is not really an option. Front desk said you would walk to the mall, but I wouldn't recommend it. This is not a Five Star hotel, but defintely a solid hotel. I would recommend this hotel to almost anyone. I think it would be best for families. Lastly all the employees were great. We forgot something and they took care of mailing to us, at our expense, but still. Read more
