"Unpleasant NY hotel experience"
The hotel would not refund money and the room was not as advertised. The hallways were dark narrow and unventilated. The beds had bad noisy uncomfortable springs in mattress. Dingy and dirty and an extremely unpleasant experienceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
