"Great Location"
Located close to most attractions. Excellent customer service. The only thing I would do differently is check to see if any school tournaments are in town, it was pretty loud with a couple of girls Basketball teams there for the weekend. We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. Upon arriving at the Days Inn, I was concerned about the location on a busy street near the malls. However, from the moment we arrived you couldn't ask for nicer staff or better attention. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable and actually very quiet even though it was school vacation and the hotel was full of kids. We were greeted each […] time by staff including general manager with a genuine friendliness. We witnessed them treating everyone with great respect and courtesy. We were provided with great information and mapping for the area and discovered places we never knew about although we've been in the area several times. I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. It is right on 132, with everything you need within a mile or so of the hotel. (There's even a Trader Joe's!) "love the pool"
The hotel is clean and in good repair. Loved the indoor pool. The bathroom (tub and toilet) was small, and the toilet very low. The room was very comfortable and clean. While we couldn't walk to the port, it was only a brief drive there. The room was extremely quiet as the business suite had an extra door inside to keep any hallway noise out. Complementary breakfast was a nice surprise. No problems at all. Khalil at the front desk was endlessly helpful, polite and professional. The rooms were very comfortable. The blond maid, was very nice even though communication was limited for the language barrier. Unrelated to the stellar service I received at the front desk; I did not have the best experience when I wanted to use the outside pool. Apparently they […] only had 1 lifeguard on duty for both pools. I sat on our patio in the sun for a couple hrs waiting for the outside pool to open. My boyfriend who was working on business in our room finally went & asked the inside pool lifeguard when they were going to open the other pool. Her response 'it's supposed to rain'. There was a 20% chance that day and the sun had been searing all day. Apparently she preferred to stay inside that day. A very nice foreign man, finally opened the outside pool around 3pm and began to clean it. I took advantage and went out to swim & sun. But anytime I returned to my room to use the restroom the gate was relocked with my beach bag still inside, this happened at least twice. Around 5pm one of the mgrs wandered out & asked me where the lifeguard was. Sorry, why should I know where their employees are?
