No elevators up to my room which wasnt a big deal to me, the lobby was very far away from my room. Rooms are pretty small and internet is horribly slow, even with the router in my room. Loud neighbors partying and knocking on my door getting all night, and they didn't invite me...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

strong odor of mold/mildew in bathroom area despite very strong "scent" used to cover that odor. unpleasant, to say the least. nearby car dealership outside loudspeaker finally quiet after 9 pm, but active again in the morning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Occasional Roach"
It's just too tied-within Tyson's Corner to be useful. Route 7 is an impractical avenue at this point. Saving money by staying there was nice, but I'm still on the lookout for a roach that may have traveled with me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The Comfort Inn Tyson's was a pleasant stay for the value. Nice, helpful staff. _Rooms were clean, heater was loud, ran even when you turned it to stop. Biggest disappointment was shower, water didn't get hotter than lukewarm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Sufficient for a grad student research trip"
I went to the DC area for a research trip for grad school. I chose this motel simply because it had a shuttle to the Metro station and was reasonably priced. Be sure to have the staff explain the shuttle service in detail - I was completely dependent on it to get into the city. The staff was very friendly and it suited my needs - I didn't spend much […] time in the room honestly, but I was pleased with the comfort of the bed! The room was quite small but was fine for one person. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Old hotel, good location"
This hotel is old and needs serious updates. The access to each room is from the outside, so of course you hear everyone walking by your room. At 1 am when I got back to my room after my job, there were construction workers thowing large pieces of drywall and other construction debris into a large dumbster on the other side of the hotel parking lot. […] Run away from this hotel. Don't book your stay here. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"overpriced economy hotel..."
I thought that the facility was okay. The room was small but sufficient. Internet service was good. The furnishings were old but clean. The room was more expensive than the furnishings or facilities warranted. Really, this was an old economy hotel that was clean and decent enough but that was a bit overpriced.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amongst Chaos"
A good rate in Tysons Corner, Va. There is construction chaos everywhere, the subway extension and adding lanes on the beltway make for a very difficult traffic situation. The hotel was basically fine, but the second story was only accessible via stairs or a very remote elevator- not great for people with back injuries. The room was fine, if a little […] noisy. I gather a lot of interns were staying there and having a good time. But, it was quiet after 11pm. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"eh"
The Comfort Inn met our needs logistically. But we would've rather spent little more for a nice experience in a different Tysons Corner hotel. (The room was on the first floor, not near the pool... but smelled like it... a foul water smell w/a slightly damp floor). The bathroom was also very small... The staff at the desk during checkin/out were very […] helpful and polite! Great staff! Looked up and printed directions to a wedding after I simply mentioned our plans, very considerate! "cheap but ..."
overall a very clean yet dated three story motel with general interior courtyard. noise echos through the courtyard and there was some very very noisy oriental guests who were having some meetings in the meeting rooms at the Comfort Inn. kept me awake most of the three nights there. Hotel staff were great and a very nice hot breakfast set up with very […] attentive staff in that area. Wireless was strong signal (and free), morning papers available in lobby. Overall an excellent value - it's just that the guests could have used muzzles. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ok for one night"
Its more of a motel than hotel, ok for short overnight stay. Rooms not very clean, I found someones nail clippingsall over the floor, nasty...hairs in towels (cleaned) nasty but im a neat freak so its nit for me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It was OK for the price"
Room`s interior was pretty old, bed was uncomfortable. Found hair in the bathroom and spaghetti on the carpet near the arm chair. Spaghetti staid there till our departure. Breakfast was OK, but no fresh fruits. The hotel is 3 miles away from Dun Lorring Metro station, which has free weekend parking. There was a hotel shuttle bus to the Metro station […] (every 30 min), but we preferred using our car. There is a good shopping and dining area near the hotel. So, this hotel stay was OK, because of the price and good location. If the room was more clean I would give this hotel 4. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient to DC"
This hotel is showing lots of wear, furniture was broken, cleanliness was only O.K. The redeeming feature was a free shuttle to the metro station to go into DC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good for an cheap sleep"
This is not the Ritz, but you know that to begin with. It was adequate in every way, but that's it. I needed a more affordable option for a place to lay my head for one night while working in the DC area, and this fit the bill. Breakfast had the usually suspects - mostly carbs, with the addition, thank goodness of hard cooked eggs.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Coming or going?"
In an upscale car sales area, this would be a great hotel if it were not for the construction in the area (building that overdue Metro line to Dulles Airport). I did not want to drive back and forth to Metro. The advertising said that there was a shuttle to Metro. What it did not say was - we go until 7:30 pm and then you are on your own. Fortunately, […] we go a reasonable cab back from Metro. Few services in hotel itself for food and few places nearby for food or bars. So overall, I cannot recommend. This hotel has to decide if it is coming or going. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"You get what you pay for."
For a 2-Star hotel it was as I expected. The room rates on the door indicated the normal price was over double what I had paid. Had I paid that rate, I would've been very upset. The in room heater was noisy, but tolerable. The in room TV was lack luster (tube TV that was close to end of life), but served its purpose. I could find no outlets to plug […] in my laptop that were close to the desk they provided. The room was equipped with, but weren't used, coffee pot, microwave and mini-fridge. The hotel receptionist was kind and helpful, and check-in was quick and painless. After a long day, it was nice to only spend a few short minutes in the, otherwise dingy, lobby. "Nickel & Dimed"
I booked this through Expedia as a Flight + Hotel + Car Package. My flight arrived at BWI Airport at 7:00 a.m. and I arrived at the hotel aroung 9:00 a.m. Imagine my surprise when the Checking-In lady at the hotel reception insisted that I needed to pay $20.00 as "Early Checking-in Charges" because the checking-in time was 3:00 p.m. This should definitely […] not apply for package deals. "Comfort Inn - Tysons Corner"
A little disappointed. Service was on par. None of my expectations were exceeded, but most were met. I do not consider myself a picky customer at all - so a critical review from me really means something. It was not a terrible stay, but nothing special. The carpet was grimy, the showers were cheap and the tub was a plastic liner. Did not really get […] my money's worth. A little disappointed with what I got. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Working in Tyson's Centre"
This met my expectations since the price was lower and it is classified as an INN. The morning breakfast was disappointing, since it was exactly the same each day.
