Shuttles to Sea World and Busch Gardens made our visitsthere much easier. Pool area and restaurant/bar was very nice, especially for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were heading to Seaworld and this hotel met our needs. Nice lobby and pool area. Shuttles to Seaworld and helpful information were readily available. "Loud AC units"
Air condition in the room was so loud. Informed front desk right at check in and ask for a room transfer which was denied. Instead they sent up engineering "to fix". We were in the hotel for just over 12 hours, but we were very impressed. After a long day of travel, it was just what we were looking for. The Quick Que bands were GREAT for Sea World. Patrons should be aware if going to Universal that there is only one shuttle per day. Door to our room stuck at times. My 6yr old and I drove in from Tampa to go to Aquatica and decided to drive up on a Fri. so we could get an early start Sat morning.
