Waldorf Astoria Orlando has a full-service spa, a golf course, and a lazy river. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Business amenities at this 5-star property include a business center, small meeting rooms, and a technology helpdesk. The resort offers 12 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café. The staff can provide tour/ticket assistance, wedding services, and event catering. Additional amenities include a health club, a nightclub, and a spa tub. Onsite parking is offered for a surcharge. The 498 air-conditioned guestrooms at Waldorf Astoria Orlando include MP3 docking stations and laptop-compatible safes. Beds have signature bedding and Egyptian cotton sheets. wireless and wired high-speed Internet access (surcharge) is provided. Rooms are equipped with LCD TVs with DVD players and pay movies. All accommodations provide desks, complimentary weekday newspapers, and direct-dial phones with voice mail. My wife and I had a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. We were there right after the winter break rush, so that might have been why we were able to get a nice upgrade to a suite on a low floor. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a phenomenal stay. As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the staff at valet and it only got better! "Superb Vacation"
Had a wonderful time. Booked a Disney Stay at the Waldorf because of the hotel, spa, and restaruants. was an adult trip so did not need to be staying right at the park. The hotel is beautiful. Open lobby bar playing piano music, the concierge staff and bell men were amazingly helpful... booking shows, getting tickets for theme parks... The bell men […] went above and beyond as well. Rooms were great... had to unplug the fridge in the room was making a load noise but quickly figured out what it was. I'd definitely stay there again. Pool was great, spa treatements were very good as well. Steam room did not work on 2 occasions of the 4 day trip... spa staff said it just happens a lot. we did book this trip partly for the spa services so I hope to hear this is resolved.
