We stayed over Spring Break, but it didn't seem too crowded. My 3 children loved the pool and lazy river. It was a nice break from going to the parks. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the service was great. We would come back for sure.

Paid extra for a pool view and originally assigned us a room on the 3rd floor w/ a gr8 view of the 2nd story roof, went back to front desk and they gave us what was reputedly the very last true pool view room in the place on the busy weekend. Low chance to […] get a chair at the pool on a nice day if the hotel's full and you're not out there before 10am. Lovely pool properties in any case. Valet service is fast, and as you've got to pay $14 to park yourself in any case there's worse deals to have in life...at least this one involves employing hardworking youngsters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I was surprised by the 20.00 daily fee for use of the pool and 14.00 daily fee for self parking as these two fees were not communicated to me upon checking in. We will not be staying at the Hilton again.

I was surprised at the cost of valet service at $21+. I think it is excessive and could have refused but at 75 years of age did not feel like parking in the rear of the building and toting my luggage. Also the hotel charged me $20 at check-in for incidental services and I had to choice. This was a rip off and enough for me to never stay at a Hilton […] again. This charge was not in the ad for the hotel and is fraudulent. Finally, the bed was the hardest that we have recently slept on. The Hilton was very nice, clean, and the staff had excellent customer service. It was overall a good experience. My biggest complaint were the fees. $20 per night for a resort charge and $15 per night to park your own car. If you used valet, it was $21 per night. We drove here, and you have no where for us to park our car without charging us another […] $15 per night. That was the most maddening charge. I almost parked at the Rosen for $13 per night just on principle. Would have done nothing but make me angrier, so I just paid it. The self-parking was not at all convenient. It may have been for security purposes, but if you didn't park on top floor (uncovered), you didn't have direct access to the lobby. You had to ride an elevator or take stairs up to an uncovered roof, and then walk into the lobby. Extremely awkward. OVERALL though, it was a nice place to stay. I would just have rather that they increased the nightly stay instead of nickel and diming me. Read more

Excellent for business. A bit pricy - breakfast buffet at $24 per person plus tax and tip. Not many other options. Nice pool area and close to 528 so easy ride from the airport.

Loved the hotel, only worry was around the pool children were slipping when getting out. The tiling around the pool should be looked at more seriously so children do not slip and potentially get hurt.

Nice hotel but lots of extra charges. 21 for valet plus tips per night 20 resort fee each night with tax on both adds almost 50 more each night They charge 16 per person for shuttle to parks ---ridiculous! Great pool side service!!!!!!!!!!! Close to lots of restaurants. Nice hotel. Room was clean but the temp was too hot.

I chose this hotel because of it's high ratings. I initially booked a one king size bed with the pool view a month in advance and when I arrived at around 6pm, they tried to give me a 2 queen size bed without even mentioning the fact that they were not giving me the room I paid in advance for. When I brought this up, the person told me that they were […] booked for the night (which I believe they gave to the people staying for the college football game the next day since they already had my money). ADDITIONALLY, THEY CHARGE YOU A $20 MANDATORY FEE WHICH I FOUND EXTREMELY GREEDY. They ended up giving us a handicap room and said we would give us vouchers for breakfast. Those vouchers never came and I had to go back downstairs the following night to ask for them again and was given an attitude. We eventually got the actual room that I paid for the next night. Upon booking a shuttle to the theme park, the hotel messed up our return ride (although they later told me it was the shuttle companies fault) and we had to wait for over an hour in the cold (the temperature happened to be in the 40's that night). I tried to call concierge multiple times to figure out where our ride was but was told to "briefly" wait...it ended up being over 22 minutes long (yes I stayed on the line just to see how long brief meant to them). I was finally fed up and asked to speak with the manager and he was the only person who was actually helpful. Overall, I would NOT stay at this hotel again. Read more

Fee, fee, fee.....there is a fee for everything. We paid a $20 resort fee per day and a $14 per day parking fee (that was self parking, valet was more).The heater in our room was a little tricky to get adjusted just right and there was no cable in the hotel for one entire day which was an issue since it rained on our trip and we had our two year old […] daughter with us. Also, no Disney channel for her to watch when the cable did work. The pools and fire pits were beautiful and although there was a few people swimming, we did not since it was too cool. Would have loved them if weather had permitted. Also, the putting greens were great and my husband did enjoy them one afternoon. Overall, if you don't mind paying the extra fees, this a a great hotel for a family. Plan on one day just to enjoy all it's amenities and the fees might be worth it. Read more

Not really witin walking distance of the eateries and entertainment. Close to Seaworld if you are planning on visiting the park. Close proximity to freeway and International drive made commute to Universal, outlet mall and other shopping a cinch. Beautiful pool and the hot tub was perfect will cooler temps on Thanksgiving Day! No problems with noise on 14th floor. Used the Starbucks and valet daily. Excellent service across the board.
