Hilton Grand Vacations Suites on International Drive is adjacent to the Premium Outlet Mall and 5 miles from SeaWorld. The famed Orlando attractions at Walt Disney World® (Disney's Hollywood Studios™, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Epcot) are approximately 3 miles from this resort, and the Orlando International Airport is just a 12-mile drive.
Hotel Features.
This Tuscan-style resort is situated on 34 acres on the southwest corner of International Drive. Built in the style of an Italian village, the grounds feature lush landscaping with impeccably maintained gardens and a lakefront promenade. The standout feature of this family-friendly resort is the enormous freeform pool, which is complemented with water features, 2 spa tubs, chaise lounges, fitness equipment, and palm trees to set the mood. On-site eateries include the Barra Toscana Bar & Grille, a casual poolside place with grilled dishes and a variety of cool drinks, and Fresco Market & Deli, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Supervised children's activities are provided daily, and include events such as animal shows, movies by the pool, and arts and crafts. This resort provides free parking and a shuttle service to nearby theme parks (surcharge), an interactive children's pool, and a lakefront walking path.
Guestrooms.
The suites of Hilton Grand Vacations Suites on International Drive offer a spacious alternative to the average hotel room. Each full suite has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, full-size stove and cookware. Studio suites include kitchenettes with microwaves, sinks, dishes and mini-fridges. Guests enjoy TVs with premium cable channels and DVD players, and wireless Internet access.

The hotel has amazing reviews and deservedly so. It was perfect for a business trip as well. The room was very nice, with jetted tub, complete with dining table and a covered patio with nice view of the pool in center. I did not use the amenities much. It is next to Orlando Premium Outlets, so it is at a great shopping location too. Which makes it surprising […] that it was hard to find any decent bar/restaurants around without having to drive a few miles. Also, one would really expect a much better restaurant at hotel than there are. Bar next to pool was passable. Parking next to your building can be a little hard to find (walking couple of blocks with your luggage in rain late at night is not much fun for everyone). BE VERY CAREFUL! pay close attention to what type of room you book. the studio suite is the SMALLEST room I have ever stayed in and I have been traveling for 24+ years. The staff of the Hilton was not at all helpful at fixing the situation and I was the one who had too do all the leg work just to follow up on my complaint. The managers on site just […] kept pushing me off on someone welse who could not make a decision. PARKING: bring comfortable shoes because at night when you get in there are NO spots close to your room. We ended up parking at the outlety mall every night and just praying that the car was there in the morning. Plenty of phone calls to the room trying to get us to see a presentation on a timeshare. I stayed at this hotel during a several-day business conference (at another location). The property is large, and many rooms overlook the central lake. There are several pools -- expect them to be well-used by the many guests. The property is adjacent to a shopping outlet -- not far for people who like to walk. There is NOT enough parking, by original […] design -- if you are not in the first few buildings (most are not) then you will NOT have close parking if you come -- say -- after 6 PM. They offer periodic shuttles, but factor in that shuttles are not convenient if you have a lot things to take from your vehicle to your room. The Hilton Grand Vacation suites is one of the properties in the Orlando area in which they push the time shares. The hotel is much like a large apt. complex with 9 buildings I believe with 7 floors a piece. I was in Orlando at the end of August '11 to Labor Day weekenf '11. The Hotel is very nice and I felt very secure. The hotel is right beside an […] outdoor outlet mall, which would be great if I was a big time shopper. The hotel appeared to be somewhat new and therefore did not have the musty, mildew smell than many florida hotels have. The staf was very nice and gave me a ride in the hotel golf carts my last two nights there. You see the hotel fills up I was told on holiday weekends and the parking is no where near adequate. also the timeshare guy missed me when I checked in so he called my room the next morning at 7:45am. Not a welcome wake up call as I had planned to sleep late, he then began questioning me as to if we were college kids or just married or? Uh I was there by myself on business which I told him and then got off the pjone. Other than that it was a very nice stay, there is a grocery store across the street from the hotel where you can but the toiletries you do not feel like packing. The hotel is convenient to one of the Orlando Premium Outlet Malls and has a Publix grocery store right across the street. For people who like to dance by the pool there was music, exercising, and swimming, however, this was not my cup of tea. There is food on-site and StarBucks coffee, which we found very convenient. The employees working in the canteen were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome there. When we would come back in later in the evenings, we found it difficult to find a place to park near the entrance to the building in which we were staying, which was inconvenient. After taking the red-eye in from Phoenix we were completely fried and thought we'd end up sleeping in our rental until our room was available.....but low and behold we were able to check in by 6:30am!!!
