We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel room is actually a large and fully furnished appartment with complete kitchen including all apliances you might need. housekeeping was availeble to change towels and sheets on a daily basis. they probably skipped 2 days during our 12 night stay. The only 2 things that need attention in our room (building E, room […] 407) are the waterpressure of the shower of the master bathroom and the airconditioning unit above the bathroom ceiling makes quite a lot of noise when switching on and off. We would recommend any family who is looking for a convenient place to stay from which you can easily visit all theme parks and (outlet) shopping malls and also spend a nice day at the resort pool. We will be back back next time we visit Orlando. Read more

Just got back from staying at the Floridays for 8 nights, this is my second time staying here. Staff is very friendly and efficient only complain that I have is that when I checked in I was told that on the 4th day I would get a full cleaning of my room, other days they would just change towels and make beds. When I went to the front desk to remind […] them of the full cleaning I was told that they only do full cleaning on rooms that stay over 9 nights. Still since I was told of the full cleaning the offered to do it on the 7th day which it never happened. Also there was no broom or vacuum in room and the drawers of one of the TV stand would not stay closed since they had recently changed the carpet and the floor was not leveled. They knew about this problem but they waited until we called to complain. At the end it all was fixed very easily by the front desk staff. They just need to take more care of the rooms so they don't get full of dust. Did not use any of the hotel amenities such as pool or restaurant but the resort is very nice with lots of space and very quite. Well located next to premium outlets and walgreens. Very nice place to stay. Plenty of living space with Good sized rooms. Loved the decor ! Pool Was excellent. Staff was super friendly and very Accommodating. We did have an issue with A shower in the main bath not draining. Bathrooms Are huge. Very comfortable place to stay. Would Definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the 2bdr suite for 6 nights, it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing, front desk, concierge, cafeteria, housekeeping, they were all a delight to talk to. It was too cold for us since we live in a tropical island and it was winter, but the pool looked nice too. I would only change a few things: the food was very good […] although they had a very limited menu, everything we tried we loved. The girls working there were super sweet to my 4 yr old who was always running around. I think they need a bigger indoor area to sit down and eat. Also, I think thy could update the decoration a little bit, the plastic flower arrangements looked old and dirty, which is a shame because everything was so clean. I understand the concept of housekeeping only making beds, emptying trash cans and replacing towels, but if they see a paper on the floor next to the trash can I think they can pick it up. We always tried to leave our room as organized as possible, but still those little things would make a difference. Also a mop on the kitchen floor would do no harm, it's a very small area and it's what gets dirty the most. Besides that, everything was perfect, we thought we might need to rent a car for a few days, but not at all, the buses were right on time every time and it really was a relief not having to drive around, find parking space, etc... the taxi to the outlets it's only $7. We were very impressed with the accommodations! Our girls enjoyed having their own separate bedroom w/ TV, and having the full kitchen was great! Everything was very clean which was comforting as I'm a abit of a "germ-a-phobic" -- and we were blown away at even seeing the parking lots getting hosed down. We found the location very convenient as we did […] SeaWorld, Downtown Disney and Magic Kingdom. The weather was a little chilly but the heated swimming pool and hot tub were very relaxing after the daytime activities. We would highly recommend Floridays to family & friends, and would be very happy to stay again ourselves! (About the only draw-back was the noise from the road construction -- the reversing warning from the equipment started at 6:30 AM -- but we realize that's temporary until the road is complete.) I was hopeful that this hotel would be nice, because it had amenities like a jetted tub and a full kitchen. More than I expected! Everything was great exept for one of the cleaning ladys who wasn't. But all other cleaning ladys and the rest of the staff were more than pleasing.. I was there for chrismas vacations at disney and all I can say is that I'm staying there next year, it is awsome for families.

Great hotel for the family! Loved having in suite laundry. Arrived at 11pm as they were closing food service, but thy kept the store open late so we could grab some snacks. Pizza was awesome. Only criticism: food, coffee, and general store are all one place with one line, so don't be in a hurry when you go there.

My room is in building E, which is too far from hotel lobby and bus station. The shuttle schedule to resorts are not very good. Close to outlets and super market.

The hotel was excellent! Great staff and service! The location is great if you are planning to go to Universal but to Disney World it takes about 25 to 30 minutes and the shuttle was late twice during our stay and a taxi fare from the hotel to Disney is between $40-$50 otherwise the hotel was great and pool was heated!! :)

Overall, great place to stay. The DVD player did not work. It kept skipping and pausing. Trust me, it was not the DVD disc because it worked fine watching in my laptop. Other than that our stay was great. They need to make the entrance to the resort better. The sign for the resort is posted 50 yards past the entrance. Very hard to find at night.

Excellent location close to attractions and restaurants without getting into major traffic jams. Room has plenty of space and amenities. Only negative was network was too slow to use in the evening possibly overloaded and also TV was analog and no HD, no golf channel. But overall we were satisfied with large room, good location and good service.

Loved the spacious room and the layout. It was great having the bedrooms separated by the bathrooms for extra noise control. The pool and fitness area were great. The game room does need to be updated for the children though. Overall a great place for a family and would stay again.

Best deal on a hotel stay ever, way more comfortable than staying in the park. Other than some minor oversight in details (doorknob pulled off the master bath, trash not taken out under the sink) this place was perfect. Nice bar and pool area; as well as a friendly staff.

Great time, very clean pool and room and hotel in general. We stayed in Building A and it was a slight walk to the pool and Welcome Center and Marketplace. Great location overall on International Drive. Publix, Walgreens, 7 Eleven and Outlet Mall within 1/2 mile. Would definitely stay again. Benihana and Delmonico's were awesome!

The folks at Floridays do a good job of keeping up the property. We've stayed on at least a dozen occasions over the past 6 years. The property is close to both Orlando attractions and family members residing in Orlando. The furniture and carpeting in the room we just stayed in was recently replaced. Looked great.
