"jacuzzi was broken and that's the reason we booked"
we were not at all pleased. we chose this hotel because it advertised a jacuzzi and pool. jacuzzi was broken and pool was not heated. it's the beginning of feb. seriously! also there was a $20 fee for having a tiny dog in the room that wasn't advertised on hotels.com, so our room wasn't the $79 plus tax that we thought. total came to $111 and no jacuzzi. "UCF parents"
The room looked clean but it wasn't. It smelled very humid, old and smelled of mold. Even though i sprayed it down with Lysol it wasn't strong enough. When we requested to change our room they wanted to charge us 3 times the rate that we had payed for the room. They preferred for us to check out instead of accommodating us. "Comfy, adequate hotel. Better than I expected"
It was an older hotel but was clean enough and comfortable enough. The courtyard around the pool was very nice and our room opened up to it. My main complaint was that the pool was so cold you couldn't use it. We didn't see anyone in the pool. Lidt slidt i kanten. Ingen håndklæder efter rengøring (de var til vask!) så vi måtte kæmpe for at få dem, da vi havde et tidligt fly.
