I booked this hotel because I was going to a concert at amway center. Good price, had a shuttle to center. I would recommended reserving the shuttle in advance, when I got there I was told it was full, but got lucky because someone else didnt get on. Quality of service was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room as nice, although it did need a thorough hoover. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Complimentary Shuttle bus was a great added extra. Would recommend and probably stay there again.

Was in town for a concert at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center. Location was perfect, as well as close to the downtown area. Only "downfall" of hotel was only 1 check-in desk was open and there was a lengthy wait, as well as confusion/chaos with the shuttle that evening, as it was the same night as a basketball game.

Very nice hotel, super convenient, self parking is an extra cost, and none of the ice machines (only on the 2nd floor) worked and the room was noisy as its so close to the highway. Overall very pleased, 5 min cab ride into downtown, its cheaper than parking there

Came to visit for my 21st birthday, 3 of us and we LOVED it! It's downtown right by the clubs and the service was excellent, they helped us with all of our luggage & brought extra towels in a timely manner. The hotel itself was very comfy and well maintained. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfy. Cleanliness was okay except for a top to some kind of spray bottle was under the bed, a hair pin was under the sofa cushion and there was hair on our bathroom floor. The crevices next to the tub needs attention. Other than the mentioned minor things all was […] well. I work in the hotel industry and inspections is a part of my job so that's why I paid attention to those small things! I wish we were closer to I-Drive, although it was only about 20 mins away. Was not able to transfer to closer location. However, the downtown city view from our room was AMAZING!! Loved it... Didn't like the fact that there was a "Church" meeting going on both days RIGHT THERE at the entrance from the parking lot where we had to walk through... It was pretty embarassing that we were walking through with alcoholic beverages in hand while they were praying...Lastly, you can't do anything about the train but it would have been nice NOT to hear it racing by and tooting the horn at 4 am... The hotel is prefectly located in downtown, in walking distance to the AmWay center and very close to great food in downtown. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The SPA and Pool were perfect.

Thought the rooms would be bigger for the price. Located right by the expressway so you hear noise all night but the hotel does provide ear plugs. The location is pretty convient can get straight on the highway and go to anything such as Universal or Disney. Very comfortable beds and pillows

There was nothing special about this hotel. the parking lot should be free to guest because $10 per night is a little steep. I think the hotel was going the beginning stages of a revamp "company wide". It was really bland but it was a good nite stay!

The beds were amazingly comfortable with a huge selection of pillows on each bed of every thickness and fluffiness! Bathroom was modern and clean.transportation was provided to the Bob Carr center to see the play we were in town for, but we chose to walk back and it was close. I would stay again just for the beds!

Very clean, the staff is very friendly, we asked for extra towels and they called to let us know some where on the way, and even after to make sure we got them and asked if we needed anything else.
