The staff offered nothing to keep our business and really could care less what we did, they already had our money. The room and hotel are dated too. When we first arrived to check in and got our room key, the key did not work. We called the front desk and the gentleman said I will have maintence bring you another key right away, 15 min waiting by the door he shows up with the new keys. Then as we were leaving the hotel for the evening we turned the air down so it would be nice and cool when we got […] backhand to our surprise the temp was set at 83the hot as he'll in the room! The bathroom shower was disgusting there was not a new roll of toilet paper when we first got into the room. The water smelled so bad from the sink that I wanted to gag everytime it was running. There was no ice in the ice vending machine on our floor, we were told our room description had a fridge and a microwave, it didn't. When we woke up that morning the air reset it self again to 83!!! "Dont get caught with your pants down"

"Avoid at all costs"
This hotel was run down, with paper thin walls, and no working ice machines. This is the only poor experience I have ever had through hotels.com. Then to top it off at check out they tried to charge me $18.00+ for a movie I never ordered or viewed. The manager has yet to return my call to credit this. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The personnel was nearly absent. There never was anybody at the reception desk, same for the concierge. "felt like i got suckered"
They didn't have my room ready when I got to the hotel at 2pm. I was told that house keeping was in a meeting. Then called back at 330 to try to access my room but it was still not ready so they put us in another room. Then the complementary drinks were wine in styrofoam cups and breakfast was cold Ham and powder eggs shaped as pancakes it was not what […] we expected for breakfast. They we left a flatiron in the room and we called to come back to get it and we were told to call on the morning because they don't have access to the lost and found at night. We came back and were told people claim to leave things all the time and they didn't. But we did and they said it was not there or turned in.... magicaly disappeared!! Very upset that there is no accountability by staff or management. And while telling us they can't help us the Guy behind the counter was playing on his ipad. "Cannot recommend at all"
I had several problems with this hotel, not the least of which was that two days of our five day stay, the tip for the maid disappeared and yet we got no service at all. One of the days someone knocked at 5:00 pm and offered new towels, the other day there was not even a knock. I would not expect this at the lowest price hotel even. As stated by other […] reviewers, the kitchen is tiny and poorly equipped, we hardly used it. Free breakfast was adequate, but certainly not good. We missed it the first day because the bedside clock was behind by 45 minutes. Free evening food was pretzels or chips, except Wednesday night when there was something that resembled a hamburger, some chips, and packets of condiments. "Not impressed"
The room is comfortable but cups, coffee maker and coffer/tea seems very old (maybe no body use it) and they should clean all the glass cups and coffer/teas. Their cleaning staff do not clean the room completely. The room does not have a safe box and their front desk does not have enough safe boxes for customers. "Prefiro o Quality inn (em frente e mais barato)"
O café da manhã é gratuito mas é muuuuito simples, se esta esperando algo muito bom este não é o melhor hotel. O Sofá cama também não é muito confortavel ao menos que seja para passar uma noite e não 15 noites como eu. O estado de conservação do hotel é medio, e pelo mesmo preço ou até menos prefiro o Quality inn em frente (somente atravessando a rua). […] Quando cheguei (20:00) não havia ninguem na recepção, fiquei esperando alguem por mais de 15 minutos e depois de gritar no saguão do hotel apareceu um senhor loiro que estava dormindo no quarto ao lado, a comunicação dele era pessima e ninguem entendeu nenhuma palavra que ele falou.
