It took over an hour to check in. The bed was not comfortable. There were a lot of unsavory looking people lurking and walking their Pit Bulls around the Hotel.

My family and I were there for 1 week, and they cleaned our rooms just 1 time. The carpet is very dirty, and the toilet was peed outside. I never will recommend this hotel.

Staff was not very friendly or helpful. The hotel is rundown on the inside. Door to my room had to be lifted in order to close it. Cooking utensils were in very sad shape. Floor in the bathroom was bubbling up, as if water had gotten under the tiles. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in. Chose this place because we were there a […] week. Wanted someplace we had the option to cook our own meals. This was the closest place to the job that had kitchenettes and the price was very inexpensive. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was a spontaneous trip to Orlando and all of the hotels we usually go to were booked. I called twice to ask for information and none of my questions could be answered. They couldn't even tell me how long the drive to Universal Studios or Disney World was and couldn't be bothered to find out for […] me. The staff was no help whatsoever. Even when we got there and asked for the number for a cab company, the girl at the lobby gave us two different wrong numbers. Really? You work in a hotel with tourists, know your info! When we arrived into the room, the floor was sticky under my flip-flops and dirty, the plates and glasses in the kitchen area had a greasy film, and the towels looked and felt dirty, old and worn out. The whole floor we were in smelled of cigarette smoke even though we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room. The place claims to provide wireless internet but during the three days and two nights I was there, I wasn't able to use the internet once. And of course the person at the front desk could care less and the person from technical support called back around 3am. The drive to the parks were relatively short which was the only bonus of this hotel. But if you can avoid the Crestwood Suites, by all means DO IT! Read more

Let's start with the bad: 1) No ac anywhere in the 1st floor hallway/lobby. It was super hot and musty, and smelled of cigarettes and meat. 2) My room had ants all over. Room was not ready when we arrived. We were told to go somewhere for awhile and come back later. The room bed was terrible and when we returned there was no one at the front desk had to track some one down just to get an extra pillow never did get our other room key.

We were disappointed with the condition of the room. The sofa was so dirty we had to request a bed sheet to cover the sofa to sit on it. The bed cover was stained with human fluids, very disgusting. We had 2 rooms. 1 was ok, the other one was a disaster. It smelled bad and was visibly dirty everywhere, even a big rust stain (I hope it was rust) on the sheets. This was a last resort stay after I could not find anything through my RCI membership. Slim pickins' for the week between Christmas and New Years. Pros: * It was close to where I was working. Hotel looked pretty nice from the exterior. Once in room I was very disappointed. Spacious, yet outdated and dirty. Couch was filthy and so was bathroom. Bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. Matress slanted to the middle and was lumpy. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

While driving up to the hotel, it was confusing on the location. It was behind a large building and had to go down a long driveway to get to it. The front door was not obvious. When I entered, the hotel had a unnatural smell. I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in. After checking in, I went to my room. I requested a non-smoking room, and it […] smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable!!!!!!! The carpet felt like it was wet and had a foul odor to it. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything. My room was next to the laundry room and all I heard was the dryer going all night. At midnight, there must have been about 10 people who were intoxicated made sure everyone knew they were in the hotel. They could not open the door, which the doors were difficult to open. The individuals were hitting/kicking the door enough to wake multiple people up. There was no securtiy to assist them with the door. At 5 am, I woke up to leave, due to having a 8 hour drive ahead of me, and the check-out desk was locked and there wasn't any place to securly leave the keys. I had to wait till 8 am to turn in the keys and check-out. That bothered me due to the fact that it was 3 hours I had to wait. I do not feeel that the price of the hotel was worth the stay. I am disappointed that I spent one day of income on one uncomfortable night. Read more

Hotel Appearance from outside is fine. The inside is very old and run down. Under our sink was over full bags of trash that had not been removed. Our room was very small. We arrived late and the gentleman that helped us was great! There was a package of coffee, but no filters. I would not stay there again.

Ett riktigt sunkigt hotell tyckte jag. Lyhört som bara den, dammråttor på golvet, ingen städning. Låg mitt i ett industriområde. Smidigt att ta sig dit med bil, och snabb WiFi var dock ok.
