I thought the hotel need a little more security. The minute I was hauling my suit case up to my room with my family two guys ran into the lobby trying to hide. Than two cops came after them. It was conveniently located near ucf for my graduation ceremony. The cleanliness of the room is what turned us off. The beds didn't even have fitted sheets on them, just a flat sheet that didn't cover the whole matress. The cups in the cabinet were dirty and we weren't even given a sponge. "OK if nothing else is available"
I didn't expect much for the price paid and mostly took it based on location and decent reviews. I was there for a Shuttle launch, but booked late and there weren't many options for a reasonably priced room. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and helpful and had me on my way very quickly. Things went quickly downhill from there. When […] I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor I immediately noticed a bad smell. (I later learned that people put their trash in the halls and it isn't picked up very often) The room didn't smell much better. The floor and furniture upholstery was covered in a sticky residue and there were cigarette burn marks on the love seat. (in a non-smoking room) You could tell some minimal effort was made to wipe down the counter tops, and vacuum the middle of the carpet, but everywhere else there was a thick layer of dust. "The hotel i stayed in orlando on university blvd."
Very unfriendly, poor service, not clean. I asked for an extra pillow and was told there was no extras to have. Bathroom not clean, need to be scrub properly,mildew around the pipes and moldy.
