"Old saying you get what you pay for"
When I arrived I noticed the club that was in front of the hotel, loud and in full swing. At the front desk there was a line waiting for check in. The clerk was new and in able to work the computer. He wasn't able to check people in and assign rooms. One couple left and I/ others waited. After he tried many times and many phone calls, he just started […] handing out room keys. I went to my room and find 2 double beds not a single queen. I was tired and just accepted it. In night to I made to calls to the front desk for rooms partying well into the night , both past 3 am. I think the hotel managers must check the condition of the room including the bathroom...thoroughly. The moment I got into the room, the odor that greeted me is a foul smell in which after I checked, came from the bathroom which looks like it wasn't flushed for days. "Must Be Removed from the site"
i was happly arriving to the hotel and once i arrived i see pets in the windows such as cats and dog. i get inside and i see a little girl with a cat on her lap and a man with a huge dog sitting down we asked the lady at the front desk if your allowed to bring your pets and she said "Yes you can but only you can take them to the third floor, and also […] you can smoke on the third floor too.". we get our keys and went to the second floor once we pass by the doors to reach our room we heard barking and is weird because they only said the third floor. once we get inside our room on the second floor which is 209 it was disgusting we arrived and we all had to use the bathroom and once we saw the bathroom we were speehless because their was mole on the roof top, also the bath tub not to mention cob webs and dust all over the air conditioner. the sofa was a mess it has hair of animals all over and smelled like urine. we decided to move to another hotel because it was disgusting but the lady at the front desk insisted that we move to another room and they gave us the demo of the hotel which we stayed their it was more desent but everytime we took a shower the water wouldnt go down the dran and also the sink. and the water tasted funny we had to buy our own water to clean our mouth. we paid for two night but only stayed for one because we couldnt stand it so before the second night we decided to leave cause we couldnt stay another night it was very unconfortable Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was less expensive than many but needs cleaning. Couch in the lobby was stained. Bedspread was stained. Sheets and blanket appeared & smelled clean but the Bedspread really needed to be trashed. Staff was polite and helpful. Area was super convenient to UCF and places to eat and shop.
