I thought the hotel need a little more security. The minute I was hauling my suit case up to my room with my family two guys ran into the lobby trying to hide. Than two cops came after them. Not how i wanted to start my vacation. They need to lock the doors after certain time. No regards to the guest who lives their.

When we walked into the lobby the smell of urine was very strong,. we were informed they allowed dogs. The Kid behinded the deck was very disrespectful, calling me "dude". I'm not a dude. The beds were hard as a rock, one was cut open all the way across like somebody was hiding something in it. The cable/tv was broken, the tub was broken the room was dirty. The lights in the parking lot were so bright you couldn't sleep. There were dogs barking down the hall.

Close to UCF so we stayed overnight as we moved our son into his college dorm. We checked in around 11pm and were greeted with a liquid package in the toilet. I understood after using the toilet a couple of times that this was probably because you had to make sure the toilet flushed if you didn't want to leave a gift. We were exhausted, so, we went to sleep. The next morning, we didn't need a wakeup call because the maid service woke us up with their loud chattering outside the room as they supposedly were cleaning rooms. This is probably the reason our room wasn't cleaned. We spoke with the front desk staff on duty and of course, she couldn't do anything because the manager wasn't onsite. This hotel has spent nothing on upkeep and renovations. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds known to man kind. I actually got up in the middle of the night and left because the beds were so uncomfortable. Rooms are not cleaned daily. The white towels are so old they are grey. The list could go on and on. The only thing good about this hotel was its staff. The hotel, is, in short, a dump, considering the cost. Smoke smell in the hallways, rooms smelled awful and are badly in need of renovation. The only reason we did not leave immediately after check-in was because it was graduation weekend, and there were no rooms available anywhere else.

No fault of the staff at this hotel but Crestwood Suites needs a complete renovation. The room had an order that did not go away by running the air conditioning. The terrazo flooring had pulled away from the bathtub down its entire length. The only reason my family and I stayed was because we were only there for about 2-3 days and we had pre-paid for the place and we had driven there from Houston. They put us in a smoking room even after we booked a non-smoking one and when we demanded our non-smking room they said that they were over-booked […] (since it was new year weekend). No one came to clean the room our whole stay and we never got extra pillows and conforters we asked for. We also had no one to hand our keys to the morning we checked out even thought it was 7 am. Poor rating given by Hotels.com. The rating did not match the condition of the hotel. The toilet in the bathrrom had feces stains and mold. The bed spread had cigarette burns. First, the room smelled very strongly of chemicals, and we had to open the windows the entire first night to air it out. The whole hotel just had a weird smell to it, everywhere you went. The bed wasn't comfortable, and there was a weird, puke colored, spongey-textured blanket underneath the top blanket. We took the blankets off completely and used […] our own. There was no dish soap/sponge/dish towel to clean the kitchen things we used, so I used the cheap bar of soap from the bathroom. There were tiny bugs, maybe ants, everywhere in the kitchen and in the entrance to the bathroom. Our room was on the far left side of the 2nd floor, and instead of coming up the only elevator in the middle of the hotel and walking allllll the way down, we had to park on the side and go up the stairs, which was a hassle when unloading/loading the car up. Finally, on our day of checkout I called for a bellcart so we wouldn't be late checking out. Nothing was sent. I went to the front desk and they said sometimes they are just out front. There was nothing. She said they must all be in use, and I asked how many there were. She said two. TWO bellcarts for one hotel?! Obviously that's not enough. So once again, we had to bring everything down through the staircase on the side of the building. Also, the noise from other rooms was clearly audible even with our tv on. Our room had a huge wet area of carpet surrounding the air conditioning unit. We killed two roaches & wre nervous about how many more might appear & the bathrool was in poor repair with signs of wood-rot & general lack of maintenance. When I reported these items to the receptionist, I was greeted with, "I've never heard of roaches on the 3rd floor!!!" […] No aplologies, no offers of compensation ...no nothing but a shrug. i was happly arriving to the hotel and once i arrived i see pets in the windows such as cats and dog. i get inside and i see a little girl with a cat on her lap and a man with a huge dog sitting down we asked the lady at the front desk if your allowed to bring your pets and she said "Yes you can but only you can take them to the third floor, and also […] you can smoke on the third floor too.". we get our keys and went to the second floor once we pass by the doors to reach our room we heard barking and is weird because they only said the third floor. once we get inside our room on the second floor which is 209 it was disgusting we arrived and we all had to use the bathroom and once we saw the bathroom we were speehless because their was mole on the roof top, also the bath tub not to mention cob webs and dust all over the air conditioner. the sofa was a mess it has hair of animals all over and smelled like urine. we decided to move to another hotel because it was disgusting but the lady at the front desk insisted that we move to another room and they gave us the demo of the hotel which we stayed their it was more desent but everytime we took a shower the water wouldnt go down the dran and also the sink. and the water tasted funny we had to buy our own water to clean our mouth. we paid for two night but only stayed for one because we couldnt stand it so before the second night we decided to leave cause we couldnt stay another night it was very unconfortable Read more

Had a reservation there on 7/7. Arrived at 11 p.m. Hotel stunk to high heaven. Went to room, it stunk, A/C didn't work, no fan, window did not open. Daughter went to desk to tell them room was unacceptable. Gave key to another room. Key would not open door, went back to desk and got another key......still would not open door. When we did get in our new room, the door had been kicked in at some point and the lock didnt work, the door wouldnt latch, so you had to use the dead bolt. We have stayed at this location multiple times and enjoyed our stay. This time we were very disatisfied. Upon returning to our room at 11:00 pm, we discovered black hair and specs of dirt on our sheets. We were successful getting clean sheets and changed our bedding. Hair was seen in the bathtub as well. We received two wake up calls the next morning […] at 5:00 am and again at 5:15 am. This rquest was left from prior client and not erased upon his departure. We had to cancel prior clients wake up call. Service was good, room was dirty, which was our chief complaint. Hotels in the surrounding were full for college graduations. Read more
