Accommodations range from Studios to spacious Three-Bedroom villas that sleep up to 12 guests. All of our non-smoking villas include climate controlled air conditioning and heating, sleeper sofa, in-room safe, alarm clock radio, iron & ironing board, phone with voice mail, color television with satellite service, DVD player and Wi-Fi (fees may apply). Most amenities include kitchens or kitchenettes, separate living & dining areas, balconies, washer/dryer, jetted tubs & full baths.

Westgate Smokehouse Grill - Enjoy a relaxed, moderately priced, casual dining experience at the award-winning Westgate Smokehouse Grill, “home of Orlando’s best BBQ,” which rivals the best barbecue and steak restaurants in Florida. Restaurant offers scenic lake, pool and fountain views, a full-service bar, and game room. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features “contemporary rustic” décor and includes 42-inch plasma screen televisions positioned throughout to display continuous sporting events. Westgate Smokehouse Grill is famous for its St. Louis-style ribs, which are rubbed with spices and smoked low and slow over hickory for four hours. The menu also boasts “cowboy size” servings of hand-cut grilled steaks, chicken, chops, fresh fish, flame-grilled burgers and numerous BBQ items, slow smoked for 16 hours. Barbecue sauces include a Jack Daniels sauce, Carolina Sauce and Smokehouse Hot Sauce. Diners can select from appetizers, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees served in heaping portions of good old down-home comfort foods and tasty homemade desserts. Open daily for breakfast and dinner. A convenient take-out and resort delivery service that features all of the menu items is available. Children’s menu available. All major credit cards are accepted.
Pizza Hut Express - Fresh, hot and delicious Pizza Hut Express pizza, which is available for pick-up or delivery the guest villas or even poolside! Pizza Hut Express also features family-style Tuscani pastas, sides and beverages.
Sid’s Deli - features subs, grilled sandwiches, salads, snacks, a bakery and an espresso bar. Reminiscent of a classic European café, Sid’s Deli is the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat on the go. It is located in the lobby of the Pavilion Building. Open daily from 7am - 5pm.
The Marketplace - offers guests the onsite convenience of purchasing groceries, beer, wine, gifts and sundries. Marketplace hours are 7 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 7 AM to 11 PM on weekends.
The resort includes full service health spa and fitness center, 2 tennis courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, jogging/walking paths, a basketball court, miniature golf, marina with kayaks and electric powered boats, 7 outdoor pools and spa tubs, playgrounds, and daily activities and Activities Center for all ages. Rentals include electric powered boats, canoes, and kayaks for the lake and adult's, children's, and surrey bicycles. Water aerobics classes are held daily in one of the pools. Other recreational activities listed below are available near the resort; fees may apply.

"Service and rooms great but parking was another"
The service and rooms were awesome however the set up for parking was horrible instead of getting to park near hotel room I had to park quite always in farther parking lot. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel.Location is great, check in was great and very helpful. Once we got to out room the air was on 79degress. We only had time to put our bags up and be on our way to our plans for the evenings so we turned down the AC hoping it would be cool when we arrived back. "Never again"
Stayed one evening after spending all day at SeaWorld. We were hoping to relax, unwind, sit by the pool, maybe the hot tub, etc. Instead found the check-in process to be too long, added a $10 resort charge I wasn't expecting, they they try to give you a sales pitch to buy their time share. Finally made it to the room. The room was nice but definitely […] needs to be updated. Went to the pool at 9:30PM at night and it was anything but relaxing. Over 100 unsupervised kids and teens running wild in the pool and the hot tub. Left after 10 minutes, got tired of getting splashed and annoyed by the brats. Add insult to injury, the check out time was 10AM and could only extended to 12 Noon if we attended the 8AM breakfast sales pitch for a time share. Never again!!! "Room with a View"
Westgate Lakes is the perfect place to stay in Orlando. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous ensuring you receive the best room available. Westgate Lakes comfort, location, and value is tops. I may not have been in the room that much due to attending Debate, CPAC, and Presidency 5 Convention, but, when I was in the room I felt like a King. […] The lake view was a great site to wake up to in the morning and the Jacuzzi tub was just what the doctor ordered after a day filled with activities. The gated entrance and visible security onsite gave you the sense that you were safe and sound while on the property. The safe in the room was extra convenient for storing valuable and giving you that extra piece of mind. The bed was fantastic. I just wish I used it more. It was very comfortable allowing me to easily drift off to sleep. It was the little things like having the bed made when I returned back to my room at the end of the day or not having to ask for more towels or incidentals. The room was huge and comfortable. The resort was close to all of the attractions including Orange County Convention Center. Another perk was the Super Wal-Mart less than two minutes away right down the street with a McDonalds located inside with late night hours. I did not use the Marketplace however if you wanted to order some groceries from the onsite Marketplace you could and they would be delivered to your room. WIFI was superb as I had no lag in connection on Skype broadcasts or streaming video. Overall this resort will be at the top of my list for all future visits to Orlando. This resort was very fun and many things to do and see on the property. Great for families. We found that some of the pools were more crowded than the others. Our favorite was the "dolphin pool" which had a dolphin statues there. The view by the restaurant pool and lake was the best sunset biew We enjoyed the kid's activities there and paddle boats […] were awesome! There was pirate golf but we just didn't get to that. The staff was very accomodating. The food in the restaurant there was great at breakfast and dinner. But be prepared to be fully dressed at the restaurant as they won't allow bathing suit attire in there as we'd thought (even w/cover ups). One problem we had was the pull out bed in the studio we selected to stay in. The mattress was horrible-all coils so needed replacing. It was too late to call them about it so had to sleep on it w/my son. So check out the hideabed mattress 1st in the studios before sleeping on those. I'll admit that this hotel did not WOW me, but it had everything i needed. The bed is good, but they could use better comforters. "False advertisement"
I've stayed at other Westgate resorts and hotels and was satisfied everytime. But this room gave Westgate a bad name and I would not recommend this room to my worse enemy! For one thing, someone took a dump in the bathroom prior to my arrival and maintenance was not concerned about cleaning it up. The hand towels were properly folded in the bottom […] of the cabinet but were soaking wet! The bathroom sink was clogged up and the vent in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. My room was located close to another in which case anything could be heard at any time by anyone. The other party was very quiet and courteous so no complaints there. Check out is at 10 am so housekeeping came up to clean the room next door as the guests checked out. But hello..... I was still in the other room! There has to be at least 3 - 4 housekeepers talking loud, slamming doors, laughing and carrying on as early as 9:30 in the morning on a Saturday! I'm sorry but when on vacation, not everyone wants an alarm! After 5 minutes of racket, I opened my door and asked them for a little courtesy. The noise did quiet down for a few just to have them go crazy again. Later on that day, I wanted to do some homework on my laptop just to find out there was a fee to go online in addition to the price of the room that was already pretty costly. It would not have bothered me so much had I not experienced the housekeeping and bathroom issues. Well, I have learned my lesson. The room was beautiful. It was and had everything it said it would have. Here are the problems: 1. The hotel housekeeping staff was quite intrusive. They came to make up the room before 9am. This is way too early. Two quick quiet taps on the door and they open it themselves before u have even a chance to hear it and get over to the door. 2. We were told after trying for 17mins on the phone to contact them , by the front desk that the restaurant was too busy to answer calls and that they could send a shuttle over to take me to the restaurant to get the food. Ive stayed here a couple times now and I just love it. The studio is great when you are traveling with a 3 year old because the jacuzzi tub is less than 6 feet from the bed--- that's AWESOME! "No customer service, No Shuttle"
I guess you don't realize how much you need customer service until you don't have any. First, our room ac did not work, called maintenance and they never showed up. I finally got thru 30 minutes of hold time to get them to switch my room, then it was ok. There are shuttle stops all thru the resort and lots of shuttles, but none of them will stop, they […] always say they have somewhere else they have to be. Then we had to call their PAID shuttle service, ceasars shuttle, because they did not offer a free shuttle to Halloween horror nights( only the biggest attraction in orlando in October) After we paid $30 bucks for a shuttle to take us about 3 miles, it showed up 30 minutes later than our scheduled time, we clearly asked the driver twice if he would be able to pick us up after the event was over to which he said no problem.
