Perfect location for outlets and very close to Disney Marketplace. My kids and myself loved the resorts pools in every way. 40" HD tv in room was very nice. Very secure area at the hotel. "close to Disney World"
we booked two rooms and while one room was perfect, the second room had nasty sheets for the sofa bed and the bathroom was dirty. When housekeeping came to bring clean sheets for the sofa bed, we told her about the bathroom and all she did was smile and leave. Nothing was done about the state of the bathroom. In all fairness to the hotel, they did give […] us a letter giving us a free room for the next time we stayed in Orlando. They were VERY appologetic about the state of the room. The location is very convenient, but the fridge was leaking and made a wet spot on the floor. One of the beds was very hard and was not able to sleep. I asked for new pillows whivh they gave me. The woman who checked me in was a bit rude, but also seemed new. The rest of the staff was great. The hotel room was very comfortable, the pool was excellent, the A/C was great (no mildew smell) and the shower had good pressure. "Great Hotel"
Great hotel- rooms very comfortable, nice flat screen tv, nice distance from Disney World. Breakfast buffet was great lots to choose from- little pricey- but free with my reservation. My family and I stayed at the Courtyard in Orlando for fall vacation. We had no complaints what so ever, it was in driving or walking distance to great resturants and shopping. The purpose of the trip was Disney, we were within minutes to all Disney attractions and reall enjoyed every minute of our stay.
