Good stay, as usual, at a Country Inn. Parking is a nightmare there, which is unacceptable, and the safe in our room didn't work, but those were the only problems. They got rid of the fresh baked cookies but had a really good breakfast that was stocked right up til the cutoff time of 10:30. Some hotels stop putting food out 1/2 hour before, but not […] here. The outer appearance of the hotel was well kept. Inside of the hotel lobby was nice and inviting. The rooms were nice too! The attendant at the front desk was polite and very helpful during check-in. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we didn't eat due to late night dinner the night before. The only problem or issue we had was with parking. When […] we returned from dinner, there was not one parking space available for us to park. We ended up parking near the curb in front of the hotel entrance along with 3 other cars. We checked with the attendant to make sure we weren't going to be towed and he reassured us as long as a car could pass, we should be fine. The walls were thin, and the red hat ladies were noisy! The cleanliness was at best average. If I paid full price I would have been very unhappy, but the rate I got made the overall stay acceptable.

It was nice but eay small. They let us check in 3 hours early, the complementary busted to go to the parks was late. And the morning buffet breakfast was horrible it was never enough food for the amount of people that were there.

We were very happy with our stay here. The lobby is clean and inviting - front desk service was friendly - and most of all our room was good. It was a decent size, clean, furnished nicely and everything seemed to work well. We even had a smoking room (we smoke) and it smelled just fine. The bed was comfortable as well. We weren't in town to do all the […] theme park stuff but the location was just fine as it was close to I-Drive for eating and close to I-4 for navigating our way around Orlando. We did a night at Universal's CityWalk and it was a 5 minute drive away at most. The breakfast buffet was also one of the better ones - hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, sausage, and of course the requisite waffle bar. My only complaints are: the TV is older (not a flat screen) and I wish we could have had a refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. However I think you can rent them for a fee if you reserve ahead of time. I was expecting average considering the price and the crazy turnaround hotels in the area probably have! My Husband and I travel frequently and I have never been treated so well by any staff as we were on this visit. My kudos to all the staff for making this trip a very relaxing and enjoyable one. Joey, from the front desk, was AMAZING!!! Any tips for local attractions, cab companies and dining were answered with the utmost professionalism. There was also […] another gentleman, Jose, who works the nights, also super friendly and helped us when we had a problems with our room keys and accommodating our requests for midnight cookies. The hotel room was very clean and super efficient. Our location was literally walking distance to some great venues including Universal Orlando. Staff was nice in fact reserved a single king and was giving a free upgrade to a king suite! Good hot breakfast bathroom and in and around frige could have been cleaner, that's why I gave it 3 stars. Not for that would have been completely satisfied.

So this is one of our favorite chains to stay at no matter where in the country we are. This hotel seemed to be a bit out of date, ie there were cracks in the walls around the shower and the wall was falling apart. Also, the TV is way out of date as its an old Tube TV still, minor thing but it shows you just how old this hotel is. The only major thing […] we would have liked to have seen in the hotel is a mini fridge, it seems like most hotels at this level have them and we had food left over from our dinners along international drive and had no place to put it. Very nice hotel. Very comfortable. Couple problems..1) they did not change our bedspread. Not totally sure about the sheets but definatly didnt change the bedspread they just turned it over the next day. DO NOT! order pizza from any of the flyers under your door. Staff at front desk were wonderful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Gift shop keeper was exceptional. She went out of her way to accomodate us by ensuring our choice of beverage was always available and held aside for us in the evening after returning from the parks. The daily breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety or choices. We never […] left the hotel hungry before venturing out for the day. The shuttle service was very handy and comfortable. Our driver was helpful and informative. The fact that the I-Trolley was available right outside the entrance to the hotel was convenient and a most enjoyable experience. We used it to travel to Sea World as the provided shuttle left our hotel later than we wanted. For $1.50 per person each way, we had an inexpensive and classic mode of transportation. Our only disappointment was in the smoking room. It would have been appreciated if it had been sprayed with air freshener. I realize it was a smoking room but the heavy smell of stale smoke could easily have been masked. We did request this but nothing was done about it during our entire week. The location is quite isolated, with no real stores or restaurants close by. I'd suggest eating at the parks before returning to the hotel. You can, however, order in from a variety of restaurants providing delivery for a charge. We would definitely stay again but we'd bring along some sort of air freshener. We stayed at the Country Inn for 5 nights around Easter time. The room was much bigger than we expected - with a sitting room in addition to the bedroom. The furniture looked new and clean and the room was quiet and well-equipped, except that you will have a coffee maker instead of a water boiler. We had to get hot water from lobby to make instant food […] and that was a bit inconvenient. We had a leakage problem with the toilet but they got it fixed when we were back at night. The breakfast was nice. The front desk was helpful, but beware of the tourist counter (which was operated under another travel agent I believe) which said they could offer cheaper tix to theme parks but we found out that they didn't. If you are choosing this hotel because of the shuttle to theme parks, just like what we did, be prepared that the shuttle do not go point-to-point from hotel to theme parks. It picked up passengers from several different hotels and so it was always quite crowded. Also it ran on several scheduled times only and you have to leave before fireworks start at night in theme parks. But if you don't drive, shuttle is the best option for you in Orlando, unless taking taxi around is not an expense for you. All in all, we are pleased with our stay because we just expected a clean, comfy and convenient accommodation instead of a luxurious one.  Read more

Ci siamo stati alla fine di gennaio, eravamo un po' in ansia perchè prenotato all'ultimo minuto e con un buonissimo rapporto di prezzo. L'hotel è molto carino, vicinissimo all'Universal studio (per il quale forniscono un pullman molto comodo). Pulito, camere molto spaziose, caffè e tè 24 su 24.
